We went there on a Tuesday afternoon an hour before closing. The selection was limited, which is understandable. The donuts we got were airy not dense and beyond my wife’s expectations. The issue I had was with the service. The man who helped us had a huge long beard and it completely turned me off. I really wanted to ask if he was also making them in the back the same way he was serving them, without a hairnet for his ZZ top inspired look. Also I found he had a poor attitude. You could tell he wasn’t ā€œthereā€ and this was confirmed when he outright said, ā€œ I’m so tired, I have been here since 4amā€ That’s not the small talk customers wanna hear. The lady that came out after him, she had a big smile and was a breathe of fresh air compared to him. I don’t care what anyone thinks, when you’re at work dealing with customers, you don’t tell them how tired you are due to the job.

Vegas donuts certainly lives up to its name, they have a wide variety of different flavours of donuts and are reasonably priced. Decided to come by this place and give it a try. Overall I liked the variety is donuts they had on display, some were definitely better than the others. Personally I enjoyed the tropical fritter donut the most, it was soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside and had a nice pineapple and mango flavour to it, this one definitely stood out to me the most. The lemon donut was just okay, same for the Oreo-fudge and s’mores donuts, they were just okay. For 3$ a donut, it’s reasonably priced and the staff here are quite friendly. I’d come back again for the tropical fritter donut as that was my favourite and a unique combination for a donut. Glad to have given it a try!

The shop is super cute inside and the display case really does bring out your inner child! However this particular donut wasn't that good. Being that it was super big I thought it would be more fluffy inside - but it was more like eating bread in texture and in taste with overly sweet glaze. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be? Maybe this is a specific to how they do it in Vegas? Unfortunately it really wasn't my preference. I would suggest better labeling for the donuts too. Majority of them didn't have any labeling and we had to ask what each flavor was and what was in it. I could see that being an issue if the person behind the counter was busy or if you're someone who needs time to make a decision.

I was really looking forward to this place after seeing it on tiktok but unfortunately it doesn't live up to the hype, at least not for my husband and I.

We tried three different donuts and they just tasted like plain donuts with a tiny bit of flavor whispered into it like the flavor was an idea that didn't fully come to fruition. They also tasted a bit stale.

Perhaps we got a bad batch? Although we did try three different ones.

Service was fine, nothing special and nothing to really complain about besides not being offered a receipt if that matters to you. However the man (who didn't help us) seemed a lot more friendly than the woman who took care of us.

Atmosphere was alright, less than I expected from photos but again nothing to complain about.

Maybe you'll like it, maybe you'll be like me and find them meh. Either way, I'm just a random review on Google so do with this what you will.

We wish Vegas donuts all the best! Maybe we will try them again one day and see if there is any improvement.

Also sad we didn't get to try the infamous dill pickle donut we heard about, it wasn't there when...

Have gone here quite a few times, but the last time I went I ordered 4 belligo donuts and got home and one had no filling. This was the secound time this has happened, the first time I didnt think anything except ,they are new, busy and its no big deal, but the secound time I decided to go back. I just wanted them to know what happened, I wasn't mad or anything just a head up to them. So talked to the guy with the beard and as the conversation went he said no I am not an owner, which is kind of strange as he kinda insinuated that he was the first few times, and he has very bad customer service skills so I would doubt any one hired him,the women who works there is an absolute customer service person, any way he says if I had any in the fridge I'd make you up anew one. I thought these were fresh hand made not frozen, and he didn't offer my money back, no biggie being out 4 bucks, but hey. Wont be going back probably. I...
