we drove from Milton to this new location. I should've known better when we went in and there were no tables ready , not because it was full of people , it was because 5 tables were still left unclean. No big deal we waited for the only waiter in the whole restaurant to clean a table for us. I can see the 4 tables with people had unhappy faces. People shaken their heads , talking to the waiter, one guy returned a plate and told the waiter it was unacceptable to have uncooked chicken, he did not even eat half the food he ordered and left pretty unhappy. Another table talking in spanish was also complaining how bad the food was and how slow the service was . After an hour of waiting the waiter brought us our food, my wife ordered chicken with fries but the waiter brought us the chicken with yuca , my wife tells him to just leave the chicken and bring a side of fries. As she is cutting the chicken the waiter comes back to our table to tell us the plate is for another customer. He then , brings us the right plate and just proceeds to give the other table the plate we just had touched , I felt bad for the other table. Anyhow , we found our chicken was also red (uncooked) , at this point , me and my wife are just tired , my daughter is falling sleep , so we just proceeded to leave. This is when all the fun stuff happened. The table that got the chicken my wife touched started to complaint , their chicken was also red , yucas were fried with old oil, they already knew that they got the chicken my wife touched lol. Then another customer with a kid got tired of waiting to be seated so they left pretty pissed off , another customer that was seating by himself also complaint about the service. I'm sure it would've got ugly if there were most customers there. The staff did adjust our bill , which was good , but it still does not compensate for bad food and long service, but they were nice enough to offer an apology Oh I also forgot , they have a small menu , I asked for anticuchos ( waiter: sorry no anticuchos left ) , then I asked for inca kola ( waiter : sorry no inca kola left) , then I asked if there was a drink menu ( waiter: no drink menu , please approach the counter and see what we have) , I approached the counter and ask if they had ice tea ( waiter: sorry no ice tea !) , ok no problem just get me a pepsi , waiter brings a pepsi . I approach the counter again and asked the waiter for a straw ( waiter: sorry no straws) !!. I do not want to blame the waiter or the staff , but the management needs to step up , unacceptable to have 1 waiter one on a saturday. Unacceptable to serve uncooked chicken when this place is call ( chicos brasa) which makes reference to pollo a la brasa . Unacceptable to have tables left unclean with left over food ( I was there for over an hour and the tables were still unclean) .

Sorry for the long rant, but it was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant , I felt bad for the staff there but it is what it is. I understand this is a newer location , but the way this one is being ran is very...

Nov 3,2018 Had to change my rating unfortunately. Came today to celebrate my mother inlaws bday and the whole experience was very disappointing. Lomo saltado as well as the anticucho were not properly cooked, in adition we never got the side order of rice and papa a la Huancaina that we had ordered to go along with the delicious ceviche that we ordered not to be spicy yet they forgot about it and could not be eated by the person who ordered. Overall not returning ever again since we requested to speak to the chef/owner and had as waiting there for a long time. Still waiting. Well the chef/owner no show but the waiter came apologize and and explained that they were understaff. Still very bad service today and will not recommend you try to see what service you get depending on the date. Didn’t get To enjoy any of the food, it ruined the celebration, not able to handle a party of 8. Below next was my review of my first visit which was good but now terrible.

We just happen to drive by and see the sign and decided to go in to try the Peruvian food close to home in Vaughn. My daughter had lomo saltado and she says it was very good in flavour but she recommends to provide some sort of snack while waiting (hint she love canchera, olives, bread with butter). The wifi like most of the time ordered ceviche de pescado and loved it, the chef/cook actually approach our table and made her try the sauce for spicyness prior to making the whole dish, that was very considerate and great because she didn’t like it too hot. Finanally I just went for something that I never tried before and the chef recommended tallarín saltado which I finish the whole thing, very delicious and enough to fill me up. Yes we all shared our anticuchos which were cool to perfection according to my daughter that was not supposed to eat any but did anyway, because they were simply very, very good, the whole evening was good, prices are competitive as regular with Peruvian restaurants. My take out experience tonight was the worst it was my first time going there I was looking for a Peruvian rotisserie chicken place ,now mind you I am Peruvian so I kind of feel that I know how the chicken supposed to taste ,so I ordered the combo which was $75 it comes with one chicken and a half and three sides and 2L soda didn’t even have Inca Kola a Peruvians soda, so I asked for the french fries the Peruvian salad and the rice now when I got home I was so disappointed the sauce they gave me for the chicken was terrible the rice they gave me was white rice I’m supposed to get yellow rice in a Peruvian chicken restaurant they give yellow rice with your takeouts for the chicken regardless the chicken had no flavor, it’s the worst place ,I just don’t recommend it to anyone or for takeout or just the chicken I don’t know I didn’t try anything else but the chicken is terrible ,don’t even know why they call it Peruvian salad which is not, I gave it one star and the only reason why I’m giving it one star is because the server was nice and he should probably get some help because it was a very long time for me to get my order but not his fault he was just overwhelmed with all the customers he had and it...
