Had the worst experience at this Subway across from Wonderland. Ordered pickup 2 footlong pizza sub melts. There was no cheese inside, there was supposed to be both mozzarella and processed cheddar. I went to the employee at the counter to explain there was a mistake. Rather than acknowledge that the sandwich was made incorrectly, the employee immediately became defensive. The employee took the subs both apart and went through them with their fingers trying to convince me that a piece of lettuce was cheese. It was disgusting, not only the fingers rifling through the sandwiches, but the gaslighting. A second employee walked to the register and explained that he was working at this Subway for three years and the sandwich was correct. I kid you not, these are the photos taken of the subs from the counter. The second employee told me that just because I say that is incorrect does not make it true, despite them both looking at the sandwiches and looking me straight in the eye. I told them that this is incorrect and asked for the error to be rectified. Rather than offer a solution or try to help in any way, the employee along with a second employee told me in a condescending tone that I am using too big words for them to understand. They then further argued and asked if we wanted to ask other patrons in the restaurant to look at my sandwiches, they pointed to underage children and asked them to come to the counter. This employee was trying to get children involved in a customer service dispute. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour. All I wanted was our sandwiches. I hope the franchisee sees this review and takes action, at the very least provide training to your staff on customer service, basic etiquette, and most importantly food handling and safety hygiene and not involving children in customer...

The lady behaved very badly, with me, ppl before me and after me… she went in to pick each sauce and then put back the same sauce bottle.. I took 3subs and 2 bowls and a bunch of chips and the dumb lady went in to get and put away the sauce each time *6 for each item. Sub was not well made, bowls were half the size of what they usually are. Purposely holding the line up and later got frustrated because people kept walking into the restaurant, she shamelessly refused to serve ppl who come next and were waiting behind me, she didn’t have the decency to tell them she won’t take their order & tell them not to wait. Read moreVery poor management. They have 6 employees working but the tables are dirty, washroom is dirty, No straws, No lids and cooler wasn’t fully stocked. You don’t need 2 people to take an order when one is grabbing bread and the other is doing meat and cheese. You don’t need one person who roasts and nothing else.
