horrendous service from the employees of this location between 9:10-9:25pm 18/01/25. came through the drive thru, ordered 3 dorito taco supremes & 1 soft beef taco, the meat and tortilla were all freezing cold. came back within 3-4 minutes of leaving and explained the issue politely to an employee, asking for the food to be remade. as she walked over to speak with her manager i watched another employee throw a drink at her coworker, right beside the fryers. the lack of care for food safety was beyond concerning and the manager did nothing about this behaviour which is further horrifying. the woman i spoke with talked to her manager and he immediately looked pissed off as he walked over to me, demanding to know what the issue is. i once again explained as politely as possible, despite how frustrating that all was after a 12 hour shift in an er clinic and just wanting some warm food, and the manager followed up by questioning how long ago we ordered in a very rude tone. both myself and the employee kindly said it just happened, and the two walked away before he aggressively threw my old food in the garbage and had his employee begin remaking the order. in the end the replacement food was what we expected in the first place, but we wasted time, gas and money having to turn around and come back. the first order should never have been handed out in the first place, there is no excuse for this. i used to be a manager for a different fast food chain, i worked at one of the provinces busiest locations and i would never have allowed such low quality food to exit my kitchen. i also sure as hell never allowed employees to toss food/liquids around, gave customers attitude for ANY reason, barked orders at my staff, threw items around aggressively, or loudly discussed customers to employees in another language while also using english words (mind you, i see nothing wrong with employees who share a background talking in their native tongue, but it’s so strange to LOUDLY discuss the customers in your store in a bilingual conversation, at the very least wait until the customer is gone). the entire situation was completely inappropriate and disappointing. was happy to see a taco bell location near my new home but i certainly won’t be returning. not worth the time or money...
Read moreMy friends and I made the monumental mistake of deciding to hang out at Taco Bell. From the very moment we stepped in, it was clear we had entered a disaster zone. The trash bins were literally bursting with garbage, overflowing like a chaotic volcano. Tables? Covered in trash like an apocalyptic fast-food wasteland.
Before we could even process the mess, an employee requested we fill out a survey for “free popcorn chicken” (emphasis on free because that was the only thing slightly appealing), without so much as a “hello!”. But wait…this wasn’t just an ordinary request. We were instructed to input “very satisfied” for every question, effectively being held hostage for sad, pathetic popcorn chicken portions.
When it finally came time to order, the workers repeatedly made eye contact with us while completely ignoring us for a good 15-20 minutes. Not one single acknowledgment. We were essentially invisible as they focused on online orders. One employee was even wearing a full-on winter coat while preparing food, an image that should tell you everything about their professionalism.
When they finally decided to grace us with their attention, the employee taking our order could not get anything right despite us giving the simplest, clearest instructions possible. It was beyond frustrating. And then the drinks? Don’t get me started on the Mountain Dew fountain, which was nothing but glorified soda water. Plus, the lids were downright filthy like they had been retrieved from a swamp.
And let’s not forget the tacos themselves - mediocre at best. If I wanted subpar tacos with a side of neglectful customer service, I would’ve stayed home and made my own. What should have been a fun, casual night out with friends turned into a marathon of irritation and disappointment.

I understand that because this a fast food restaurant, expectations are already low, but I didn’t realize just how bad things would be. Starting off, as soon as we came in, the manager asked us to scan a QR code and do a quick survey for free popcorn chicken. It was no big deal, and the free popcorn chicken was nice. However, afterwards it took them almost 15 MINUTES (in an empty restaurant, mind you) just to take our orders after we had clearly indicated MULTIPLE TIMES that we were ready. At this point, the once empty restaurant began to fill up, as others waited tiredly behind us to place their orders. Once a worker FINALLY took our orders, he kept messing it up; removing toppings when we didn’t ask him to, giving us upgraded versions of fries or tacos that cost extra without asking, etc. Then when we got our fountain drink cups, I filled my drink with Mountain Dew, only for it to only contain PURE SODA WATER because there was no syrup in the machine. In terms of the food, the tacos were mediocre with a FEW BITS of beef but more lettuce & cheese. Fries were carelessly thrown in the bag and were all over the bottom. Overall, we were very disappointed, especially after having given them such high ratings on the QR code survey earlier on. I can now see why they wanted us to so badly fill out...
