The quality control and customer service of this location has dropped to dangerous levels! If their food doesn't give you a stomach ache their attitude will.
First they send me pizzas with mostly raw dough and then once resolved on the phone (which their head office manager reluctantly did, trying to deny that I had bitten into clearly uncooked and stretchy dough).
We waited 20 min to go pick up the replacements as they instructed. Upon my parents arrival, they first wanted to inspect the pizzas that were being returned anyway, and then they started to make the new pizzas. My parents then had to spend another 30 minutes at the store waiting for the replacement pizzas...we essentially wasted close to an hour just trying to satisfy the people running the place that we weren't trying to get the best of them (even though we had agreed to return the first order in whole...not one slice missing). They didn't even agree to deliver the new pizzas even though it was completely their mistake.
In what scenario does it make sense to doubt and treat a known repeat customer in such a rude way. When I finally drove out myself (3rd car trip to their store) and confronted them about their mistreatment I was welcomed with justifications about how people try to cheat them and how we might have needed more food than ordered so we were trying to pull a fast one, and then company policies. The seemingly in-charge man even said that if the pizza was unfinished, we could have brought them back earlier and he would have put them back in the oven to refinish (which is sanitarily speaking the worst possible solution with a food item coming back from a customer's house after it's been bitten into). I even got "you should have specified well done"...I honestly was hoping that if not "well done" the food at least would be completely cooked.
Company policy is one thing, but when the client says 2 pizzas are both significantly raw and that we will bring them back to you whole, there should be no reason to waste the customer's time. The replacement pizzas turned out great! The ingredient quality is fine, but this location seems to be rushing or not paying attention to the food and especially not caring about their customer. Raw pizza dough can cause serious stomach pain and digestive issues. I tried saving them from a lawsuit and they quietly told us to screw off. Instead of an apology, let alone an extra dip to make up for my gas and time spent, they argued trying to justify themselves and tried to point the finger back at us. My experience with this branch has always been exceptional but unlike the previous orders, my last order was full of surprises and terrible service. I ordered Shahi paneer pizza with extra Shahi paneer gravy over the phone for pickup and when we went to the store to pickup the order, at first the staff is so unprofessional, and I don't think they know what customer service is! Also, I asked them to spread the toppings and the gravy properly on the crust but, I guess they just do what they like. Which is like 'Pathetic'. When they showed me my order I asked them it doesn't look like what I ordered! They had the audacity to say me that this is what you ordered and it is having extra gravy. After saying this, they looked at each other and laughed! Like, seriously? How goosey you guys are! I just wish you guys would have some real sense that people are paying the exact amount you guys are asking and then this is what you guys are giving in return! Read moreWe have been ordering from this exact store for the pas 4 years because we like the Panzorotties, we had and exprience where the food was extremely cold one day and so we called and complained that not only did the driver arrive 15 minutes later than the projected time but also the food was cold we called the resturant and complained and the worker after some back and forth said that she would add a 5 dollar credit to the line. today we call them to renew this credit and what we get in return is that the number we used was blocked for delivery by that worker when we asked the reason for it, the worker there at the time (different person) said the reason is that "you complained the food was cold..." what kind of nonsense service is this, we give you business for the past 4 years and when we expect the food to be warm and if not then atleast some compensation after spending over 40 bucks at the place to recieve some sort of costomer service we get blocked and even that for complaining that the food was cold?
