Here is my answer: 1- If you were a responsible employee, you would never put your boss into such a miserable position by asking if a reviewer is your customer or not. Besides, you cannot ask people for their receipts. The first thing you should do is learning how to interact with your customers. I do not believe you will survive long in this restaurant as an employee. 2- I personally like Hero Burgers and their food. I was not there today but I was there a couple of days ago. I went there with my kids and the service was too slow because there was only one lady dealing with everything. So the service is not good because it was too slow. I do not put blame on this lady but the owner should know that if they keep only one person in charge of everything they will keep having these sort of reviews, 3- Atmosphere was not good because it was too cold inside. We asked the lady if there is something she could do to turn on the heater or something. She told us there was nothing she could do. We could even take off our coats inside. So it is a basic right of a customer to expect a suitable atmosphere to dine in if the restaurant is offering a dine in option. All in all, if I had reviewed parks or restaurants in past is none of your business. You should check yourself and correct all these mistakes. Read moreI asked to place an order, a student special, which was a Hero Burger. I asked what was on the burger and was notified that it was Mayo (though they were giving me ingredients for the Spicy Jalapeno Crispy Chicken). I clarified my request, that it was for the Hero Burger and again asked for ingredients. I was told that the burger was made with Hero sauce. I made the assumption that this was a mayo based sauce, and stated that I am allergic to eggs and if I could receive a substitution. I was told that they can't make any substitutions since it was on special, and that her boss is always watching the camera. I reiterated that it was for an allergy (a protected human right), but didn't want to argue. I opted for the spicy jalapeno (special as well), and just said no mayo.
I visited the washroom to wash up and noticed how filthy it was. Then I noticed the rest of the store too.
The food arrived, and the fries were under filled, as seen.
The burger was not enjoyable.
My cup leaked.
Napkins were behind the counter, and ketchup, and I could not help myself...
I notified the worker that I was filing a complaint, citing the unclean conditions, the disregard of my accessibility request, and highlighting the toxic work environment her boss is facilitation (re: watching the cameras). Not to mention that no one is available at the counter when you need something.
She then proceeded to call me rude to family and her co-workers... threatening to call the police, because I spoke up and out against the unwelcoming and uncomfortable conditions, and inconvenience to my reasonable enjoyment as a patron.

Read moreWorst experience. The girl taking the orders was yawning while taking my order. Her body language screamed that she could care less about me let alone being there. It took 25 minutes for me to recieve my standard burger. After putting up with the lack of effort by the staff I finally returned to my vehicle. At which point i had to take my son to use the washroom. He fell coming in due to the raised step going into your restaurant and the same girl working felt it was more appropriate to laugh and tell the other staff what happened then to offer statement of empathy.
Then it gets worse the washrooms were so horrific with piss all over the place - on the seat, the floor even up on top of the tank, what a disgrace. The staff clearly do not feel that keeping the washrooms clean is a part of their job description
This HERO burger facility gets huge thumbs down. You could only associate the word HERO with this place if you wanted your HERO to be disrespectful and lazy.
And the food was alright..
