we came in at an unfortunate moment when the pop machine was out of service. Gaby, who was the employee who took our order was cheerful and apologetic for the inconvenience. she was quick to let us know of other available options. After we were done ordering, a few many others came in. Gaby helped them too. I watched her communicate with each customer and her team with a smile, and a genuine care to provide the best service to the customers she could, despite the pop machine not working. each customer was pleasent about it. she was quick and careful to ensure every order on the counter was correct, and was kind to the kitchen staff when there was a minor delay on an item that needed remaking. the delay was unexpected, and she offered a pie while i waited a little longer. This is what great service looks like. the space was bright and clean. all the customers at seats seemed happy. the skip and door dash drivers were served quickly by gaby, and she went out of her way to make the door dash order easier for the driver to transport. then our order was ready and we left feeling good and looking forward to eating our meal at the park:) great job...
Read moreI'm not generally one to say anything but watching yours and others food pile up under the warmer for 20 minutes while 1 employee walks back and forth reading the same receipt over again and focusing on a single order until every last piece is complete, regardless of the fact she stands there staring waiting while others who ordered a single fry or Whopper it's already sitting there. I'll stick with the drive thru. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for 2 whoppers. The poor old man beside me was there before me. Ordered a single Whopper and was given his burger after me. Door dash showed up and the employee put every focus on that order and spent 10-15 reading, thinking, pacing, waiting, and ultimately putting the food in a bag for Doordash. A poor woman waited 20 minutes for an apple pie which they had under the warmers. They told her they would get to her when it comes to her. Some kind of order of things should be done cause...
Read moreIt seems that because the drive thru is monitored for time, the dining room is very low priority. We waited 6 minutes to place our order. The staff is busy running to get orders for the drive thru, skip the dishes, etc but there was no acknowledgment of us at all as we stood waiting at the till. After placing our order, we waited from 1735 to 1752 before I went up to request a manager & fresh food., again while the drive thru & meal pickups were pushed through. The ‘manager’ was a young lady barely into her twenties I would say, who didn’t seem to even know how to read the orders as she took my receipt but started packing a take out order. I had to correct her on that. Food finally served at 1802. This is not the first nor, likely, the tenth time we have noticed this. Will we return? Probably but I think we will start to be aggressive about getting service for the...
