Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vernon

I ordered online at 415. Easy. But I wanted to pick up at 515. No option to check when I wanted take out . As I was doing errands in the time before I ordered at 415. But when I arrived I asked for my order and asking if it got cold and should I of ordered differently. Oh no it's not cold and depending on how busy they are determines when I wud get my order. I ordered an hour before. Definately too early as order was cold and I have to make the decision to order 30 min before as fella i talked to had no idea. So we warmed our pizza 🍕. But it was ok. Just saying it wud of been more accommodating to be able to say when I needed to have take out ready and have the kitchen determine when to start order as they wud know how busy they are ....

Ordered our Pizzas online, went to go pick it up and they somehow "lost" our order. They had no explanation except that someone else must have picked it up. They remade the order, which we had to wait for, our kids were hungry for dinner at the time that we ordered the pizza for and ended up having to wait and my Husband only had a limited amount of time from work to eat dinner with us, which he didn't get do because of the extra time it took, thats WHY we ordered it for a specific time! To top it all off the store still made us pay for the whole order, and only offered us a free pizza for next time for the inconvenience. They honestly think we'll want to order from them again after this? I don't think so. You just lost...

Actually less than one star. I attempted to order a large pizza online with my account at the 50% off Monday Special deal. Got a message that the system was down and would I like to call them? Sure. I spoke my order and then tried to confirm the 50% off deal. “Sorry that is only for online orders” Yes, I tried that, but was advised to call you” I replied. I waited - “sorry you have to order online” - it’s because you are ordering near our closing time (I ordered at 9.45pm and they close at 11.00pm). Now they have one less customer and I will make sure that everyone knows they are SCAMMERS!
