Great staff and also accepted an 100$ bill for a 25$ take out. Unique in 2024. But gotta say we need to help each others out in 2024 with all the over priced in everything. Do not take the lunch box, we took the 24$ vegan one and yes it has tempura fish 2 pieces the size of two toonies each. A spoon of rice(you know the ice cream spoon we all have/had at home). I mean its ridiculous we had to order other food after that one from another place as we were still hungry and we are in shape no fatties here. I have eaten at this establishment several times with good experience. Tonight ...food was terrible. Sushi 🍣 was off other roll simply fell apart. Guoza was burnt on one side and my soup was awful. I called the owner to let them know. The management said they will refund my money and they would appreciate that I not use there buisness ever again. Really... if this is how you prepare food then I won't be spending my money at your business. If this is how you treat your customers I would never recommend anyone to use your business. Hands down the best Japanese restaurant in the Okanagan. If you are looking for authentic quality Japanese food this is the place to be. The sushi in particular is some of the best sushi that you will find in BC. It is fresh, and made very well.
