My son and I went to the Vernon Triple O's for his 18th Birthday April 3rd. What a huge disappointment!!! The orders were stone cold and incomplete. We used the drive through and only live a couple of minutes from the restaurant, so this food had been sitting for some time! I emailed the store to let them know what happened, and a guy named "Al" called me back. He wouldn't give me his last name or position...said it was irrelevant. He was rude, and couldn't have cared less that the event we were celebrating was ruined by HORRIBLE food!!! The most he would do was give me a gift card for the restaurant but by that time, I was so disgusted, that I didn't want to go back. He said I could use it at White Spot which is their sister company. I sent a copy of my receipt, so he had the total we paid....BUT...when the gift card arrived today, it was for less than what my bill was and he said he'd cover the total. Despite all the media/social media hype...this is a zero rating in my opinion and won't return. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO WE AWARE THAT THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO EAT, THE STAFF RUDE AND NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AND WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET...OR DON'T GET IN THIS CASE!! BTW...we got the cheese cake on a stick...WHAT A JOKE!! ONLY A MOUTH FULL HAHA!!!!!

DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE...

Went in at end of lunch hour, they were not busy. Ordered for dine-in one Bacon Cheese Burger by itself, no fries or drink and found it a bit pricy at $10.79 before tax. Burger was made in a few minutes and brought to table. Initial impressions were poor as the Burger did not look really well assembled, which I found a bit funny as they had a big sign up for staff reading "Are you proud of it? If not-don't serve it". If this is a Burger they are proud of then they have pretty low standards. Burger tasted OK, but the bun was very strange. It was a very soft bun, and it seemed steamed or microwaved or something as it was very sticky, and gummy chewy texture and made eating the Burger seem odd. Meat was good, and toppings OK, but overall I found the Burger only average, but for the price, you could get better burgers for a lot less elsewhere. No desire to return for other equally...
