If you want delicious Korean food, this is the place to be. The dumplings are fresh, large, truly handmade and you get a really decent portion for one order. Their tteokbokki is spicy to Korean standards so watch out! (manageable but had to drink lots of water). The 쫄면 was very good; I enjoyed it very much. Next visit I will order a whole lot more dumplings but in this initial visit, I wanted to check out some of the other stuff on the menu. I think it's very funny when the server thought I ordered too much food; I honestly could eat much more because I came in starved after doing a bunch of errands. But other than that, he was incredibly attentive and always checking up which that deserves a bonus ⭐.

The service and the dumplings were good but I took away a star because, the day we came in for take out, it seemed like they were out of almost everything on the menu. Ultimately, our server told us what to order and it was delicious but otherwise it was a strange experience being told that they were out of so many things. It may have been the time of day because when I came back to get my order the restaurant was full of people eating lots of dumplings. My guess is that it was a Victoria food tour and that perhaps the restaurant had been preparing for their arrival. I'd give it another chance.

Since the moment you sit down, there’s a smiling dumpling scolding you. Five minutes later, a teenage girl (who needs to be fired, quickly!), greeted us with a poopy face and brought us 2 glasses of toilet water. Then the washroom smelled like urine. And the worst in the restaurant: the food! It tasted like toilet paper, even worst, with a “soup” that is nothing but water with red chilli. The only good thing is that I didn’t pay, but my stomach is on fire >.< I forgot! The real only one good thing is that they put the Bubble Booble song on classic music.

I dont even know where to start ... A couple weeks ago my husband , myself and our 3 kiddos decided to try this place ... my husband went in and waited at the door ... the man that works there asks him for how many .. my husband says 5 . The guy quickly says we dont have a table for 5 turns around and keeps walking... my husband comes out and tells me the guy said no table for 5 so im a bit confused and go back inside and say is it that you can't accommodate 5 people or is it that there is no table available right now ? He says theres no table available right now i said well that is obviously expected and i would like to be added to the waitlist (wich was 15min! Like of course i was expecting a bit of a wait and had no problem at all to wait outside for a table...) anywais ... that gave me a bit of a bad vibe to begin with...customer service is very important to me ... especially the price that you pay to eat out!. Anywais our table got ready we sat and ordered food , we got a couple thing on the menu and we got 4 orders of dumplings. They were amazing! The bill was over 100$ but our family really enjoyed them ! We couldn't wait to be back ! So fast forward to today.... Our kids are super excited to go back and so are we! We go in , there's multiple tables available... we get seated and wait about 10 minutes ... i think it is the owner that came to our table to get our order , so we order the same thing as last time , 2 rice bulgogi and 4 orders of dumplings , now please take in consideration that there is signs on the table that mentions that they want you to order enough food for the table or if you just want to order a little bit to do take out as they want to keep the table for people that will eat enough ... soooooo ... i place the order and the lady looks at us and say oh , i have to go check and see if we have 4 orders of dumplings ... so we wait ... she comes back and say im sorry i cant sell you 4 orders for your table?!? So my husband and i are a bit confused... she says i only have 5 orders left and i cant sell 4 orders for one table ? I said ; well we are 5 people! You sold us this order 2 weeks ago??? So we stood up and said well we will go somewhere else then! And we left ! She said she was sorry but she couldnt sell them to us and only have one order left?!? Never in my 34 years of life seen anything like this lol? Refusing a customer an order because its too much??????? I have traveled everywhere ate a thousands different restaurent and never was i ever refused serviced because i wanted to order a "big" order for my family of 5 ..... i will never ever be back . They lost a good customer and i will make sure i tell the word to EVERYONE i know ! Shame on you for refusing service !!!!!!!!!!! If you had 5 orders left you sell them until youre sold out ! I am out of words disappointed disgusted and fustrated by the level of customer service . Will never ever ever be back . Shame on you for loosing over 100$ in...

This restaurant makes good food but the service and restaurant atmosphere are so bad that I wouldn't ever come back.

The restaurant ventilation isn't good - it smelled like rotten meat right when coming in the front door. The server felt like he was rushing us the whole time and we felt like we were rushed to pay the bill the moment we finished our last bite. When ordering food, we noticed a very apparent note on the menu along the lines that "if you don't order enough food don't bother dining in" - pretty rude/weird. We tried ordering a kimchi as part of the food order and they said they didn't have any... for a Korean restuarant. Our whole table ordered tea but didn't realise that all you get for $3/person is a small cup with a tea bag in it. Server didn't offer any hot water refills throughout the meal. After our food order came, I asked for a side of gochujang sauce and was denied because I didn't order a bibimbap (I would have been willing to pay for a side of sauce but the second time I asked, the server just walked past and...

I have tried to go to this place two times now only to be disappointed. They say they make pork and chive steamed buns it's on the menu online and at this location. They never have any made or can't make any ...........then why have them on the menu????

The staff was not very inviting the first time I showed up around 6:00 pm and they were all taking a 30 minute break, so I left and came back in 30 minutes only to be told they dont have what i am looking for #pork steamed buns# OMG seriously i had just wasted an hour of my life and this place didn't want my money.

When I arrived outside the restaurant I glanced at the menu outside I found it convenient to be on the pole outside so I didn't forget what i wanted to order. The restaurant is jammed in-between two other restaurants. Thr Inside looked cramped and dated, everything white with little to no...
