This is a classic example of bad business when it comes to food service. The employees follow the veggie guidelines to a fault, going so far as to roll their eyes and pout when you ask for a little more than 6 slices of Olives. If you are only getting 3 out of a dozen types of veggie toppings, certainly you are entitled to more of those 3. It all evens out based on different customers' tastes - many other Subway restaurants seem to understand this. Not this one.
Customer service is also piss-poor. They never ask if you're planning to eat in the restaurant. They just immediately bag your food and hope you leave. If you want to eat inside be ready to demand a tray.
While they make your sandwich they ask you in a clearly annoyed tone "What else? What else?" as if they are shocked when yes, you'd actually like more on your sandwich than just the bread and thin air.
Subway was once known to make your sandwich the way you liked, but this franchise location's cheapness leaves you with a meal that is just not satisfying and a disappointment in your money spent.
P.S. I have also gotten HORRIBLE food poisoning from bad chicken here. 3 bites in and the gross fishy smell of off chicken wafted up to my nostrils. You'd think they'd be on the ball with this sort of thing what with being such a sleepy...
Read moreThe only way to post this review was to click on a star. Frankly this location should receive zero stars. I ordered a Pizza. The Lady behind the counter hardly put any cheese on it. When asked to put more on she said she can but it will cost extra. Extra money was paid. The pizza still had hardly any cheese on it. In fact so little cheese that one of the slices had zero cheese at all. That's paying for the extra cheese. I order pizzas from so many subways and without paying extra I still receive more cheese. I will never go back there. I live around the corner from this location and could have had lots of business from me. Now because of a little bit of cheese that I had to pay extra for, they will never get anymore business from me and I will be sure to tell everyone in this neighborhood to go to the other location just a few blocks further away. Pathetic customer service and a quick way to ruin your business with employees who don't know how to make a pizza like other Subways do. Perhaps some re-education of your service is in order. Read moreIt's fine when we can get there, but they often close unpredictably. Several times I've tried to go and found it closed early without explanation. This latest time, my wife was told it was cash only at 6:45, so she went to get cash. When she returned from the ATM three hours before the posted closing time they told her they closed the tills already and wouldn't serve her.
I get that unexpected things sometimes happen, but they don't seem to try very hard to avoid closures when something does come up. It makes this place unreliable. I guess if I want to go there I should call ahead next time? I'm not...
