Dear Manager/Owner,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience I had at your restaurant. As a patron who values quality cuisine and service, I felt compelled to bring to your attention the shortcomings I encountered during my visit.

On 13th june , I dined at your establishment with guests from Calgary. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues, primarily concerning the quality and taste of the food. We ordered a variety of dishes including Navratan Korma, Butter Chicken, Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Paneer, and Fish Pakoras.

Regrettably, all the curry dishes seemed to be made with the same sauce, lacking any discernible difference in taste or flavor profile. This homogeneity in the preparation detracted significantly from our dining experience. Additionally, the breads we ordered were served cold, which further compounded our dissatisfaction.

As someone from Victoria, who was visiting downtown and seeking a pleasant lunch experience, I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of quality and taste in the food offered at your establishment. The reputation of your restaurant led us to expect a certain standard, which unfortunately was not met during our visit.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am hopeful that you will take this feedback constructively. In light of this experience, I would like to request a response from your end acknowledging these concerns. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could extend an apology and make an effort to improve the quality of your offerings.

It is my sincere hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues, ensuring that future patrons do not encounter similar disappointments. I look forward to hearing from you soon and to the prospect of enjoying a better dining experience at your restaurant...

This is the second Indian restaurant I've tried, as the first one was a real disappointment... I ordered this time through a DoorDash (I have no idea what the ambiance is like inside). I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and quantities! What we particularly liked : -The fish pakora (there were around ten pieces in my box while the image only showed three or four pieces. They were delicious so a great surprise to discover so many!) -The goan coconut curry with fish was killer too ๐Ÿ˜‹ -The plain Naan was good -And the Butter chicken, one of the best I've eaten!

What we liked less : -The coconut naan (It's a naan stuffed with a (too) thick layer of coconut shavings -The coconut rice really disappointed us because it was simply mixed rice with coconut shavings and not made with real coconut milk. -Unfortunately, the House salad that I had as an accompaniment to the Butter chicken was not at all the same recipe as the House salad which is displayed on the menu. I didn't like the one that was given to me. On the other hand, I would have liked to taste the one with the mangoes on the menu, you shouldn't call, it's the salad of the same name if they are different!

Conclusion : I really enjoyed my meal and it is a restaurant that I recommend. ๐Ÿ˜Š I would recommend again for sure. There has lots of things that I haven't tasted and that make me want it.

For my second experience it was there and there: huge disappointment! My staff is not very welcoming, it was really cold in the restaurant I had to keep my coat on! we had a cocktail, it was the most abominable I could drink in Victoria, the fleet had no taste, I felt like I was drinking water in a glass of poorly washed orange juice, it was horrible! to finish the service was so long that we decided to leave with our food rather than eat there, it was too cold...

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Varsha Indian Restaurant is an absolute gem that has stolen my heart with its authentic flavors and warm hospitality!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel like a valued guest. The ambiance exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable dining experience with friends or family.

Now, let's talk about the foodโ€”the star of the show! Each dish I tried was a burst of delightful Indian flavors that took my taste buds on a journey to India. From the aromatic biryanis to the creamy and rich curries, every bite was an absolute delight. The chefs at Varsha truly know their craft, and it's evident in the expertly crafted dishes they serve.

The menu offers a wide range of options to cater to different preferences, and they are more than happy to customize the spice level according to your taste. As a fan of Indian cuisine, I can confidently say that Varsha's food is an authentic representation of the vibrant flavors that make Indian cooking so special.

The service was impeccable throughout my visit. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready to provide recommendations. They took the time to explain the dishes and made sure that I had a memorable dining experience.

The restaurant's attention to detail extends beyond the food and service. The decor and ambiance create a pleasant and inviting setting, making it a perfect place for both casual meals and special occasions.

In conclusion, Varsha Indian Restaurant has won me over with its delicious food, warm hospitality, and charming atmosphere. It's a five-star destination for anyone seeking an authentic Indian dining experience that will leave you craving for more. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delightful...
