Had a gross experience with Abby, an owner. Bought a shoulder shawl. Realized it stunk of petrochemical/smoke when I got home. Washed it in a gentle water/soap bath. It disintegrated into a blob of faux lambswool and VERY TOXIC stinky glue. Brought it back to the store. Abby said, "Honey, u buy something at a second hand store, you take ur chances!" Sorry, Abby, but if a store buys a faulty toxic garment that can't even be gently washed in a water bath, then u should refund the customer's money & apologize for the inconvenience. BTW, it's not nice to sneer and condescend to a customer & then begrudgingly say that you SUPPOSE you could issue a store credit even though u don't think you're at fault....
