I used to LOVE this place. This was my go to place for a quick bite. But they’ve recently changed up their menu, which has higher prices and lowered the quantity of the food. It tastes like KFC now, nothing special about this place anymore. Unfortunately I will not be going here anymore.
Edit: Response to owner: Thank you very much for replying to the review. I mainly had 2 problems with my visit today. For context, I got the spicy chicken. First, the chicken was not covered in the sauce, instead the sauce was at the bottom of the container. Furthermore, there was almost no sauce with the chicken (maybe around 20% of how much there used to be). I believe this contributes to the reduced taste as well. Second, the sauce was very bland today. Korean food is understood to be spicy, and the "spicy chicken" is expected to be spicy (how it used to be). Unfortunately the sauce was quite bland today. The combination of the reduced sauce, and the bland taste today made for quite a disappointing experience. Thank you very much for replying to my review. This may be a one-time thing, so I will visit again later in the week. If my next experience is better, I will promptly delete this review, and replace it with...
Read moreKorean Street food has never been my thing. Even when I lived in Korea. But. I have had a huge craving for tuna Kimbap and was excited to find it on the menu here. So I ordered it along with a bulgogi kimbap. If you are not familiar with Kimbap ... it looks sort of like a sushi California roll but it tastes much different. I love chum chee (tuna) kimbap. So my friend and I ordered these. He is visiting from Korea this week. We thought the kimbap was really good. Tastes the same as in Korea. This will now be my place for kimbap. One recommendation I would make to the owners here is to make pre-made kimbap and sell that rather than make it on the spot like Subway does. Kimbap, unlike a sub, can sit all day and taste the same as it does made right in front of you. We had to wait quite a bit and the line was getting big bc of all the food prep. I could careless if my kimbap was made in front of me. They certainly don't do that in Korea. Just a thought on how you can increase your sales. Pre-made kimbap is not a deal breaker. Make on slow times and sell when your busy. Then you will also get 5...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to say something.
I originally tried to order the Gangnam Combo, but the cashier told me they were out of tteokbokki since they were closing soon. No problem — I appreciated the honesty and just ordered the 2 corndogs for $10.
After paying, I waited near the counter with my friend. The cashier didn’t give us a receipt or even acknowledge us. When our food was called, my friend went to pick it up, but the staff member asked “What do you want?” in a rude tone. When my friend explained we didn’t get a receipt, the cashier rolled his eyes, asked what we ordered again, then slammed the food into the box with zero communication. We weren’t even told about the sauce station, so we just ended up eating plain corndogs.
The food was fine, but the attitude and customer service were not. I get that it was close to closing, but that’s no excuse to treat paying customers like they’re an inconvenience. A little courtesy goes a long way — and sadly, that was completely...
