I haven't had this locations food in over 11 years, honestly the Calamari was calling to me, I've never had there's before. I got a Double Bacon Burger, No Chili as I'm not a fan of chili on burgers but I did ask for extra pickles and they put them on, a side of onion rings...meh nothing to rave home about, a side of Calamari and Tzatziki, well the burger was HUGE, the picture I took doesn't do it justice at all, its like the size of my head! Very well seasoned beef. The Calamari.....Oiiii! Seasoned so well, the Tzatziki, WOW, garlicky, peppery, lots of flavor, I wished there was more! I had to order 2 orders the next day! I couldn't get enough and this time I ordered a half ton of fries, which I didn't take a picture of and some Chicken Fingers, they were generous with those. This is my go to now for Calamari, one note to the place I would say is cut 2 holes in the containers so the fried stuff doesn't go soggy too fast, cause it was a bit on the soggy side, but I sure still ate it up!!
UPDATE I was craving Calamari, the last time I ordered it a few weeks ago it was dried out and not fresh to order, I was pretty upset. Today I ordered Calamari and it was fresh, tiny pieces but it was fresh, I also ordered the crispy chicken burger, no tomatoes and no cheese but extra pickles.....so you know there buns are HUGE, I look inside the chicken burger and theres a chicken strip.....just one.....it doesnt even cover the bun, not even close, it was all bun and no chicken, I was highly disappointed, Ive had there cripsy chicken burger before and it was an actual chicken patty, this was a chicken strip...I was also missing all those pickles.......why are places so cheap with pickles???? I even took 2 toppings off that cost more!!!!! I was sad, higher prices and less...
Read moreWorst establishment I ever set foot in this time.
I entered with a guest and asked for a table for two. The hostess said, "you can sit there or there." She waved at either side of the restaurant.
My guest and I seated ourselves to the left portion of the restaurant and waited for our server.
The same young lady who could not be bothered to seat us approached and told us to move (there were only 4 other occupied tables).
I asked why my guest and I had to move and was told that she needed that table for the dinner rush (again the place was nearly empty and it was not yet 4pm).
Disgusted and feeling very unwelcome at this establishment my guest and I left informing her we are regulars (as we were) and we always tip %20. We never had problems before but as she could not be bothered to seat us than having a problem with where my guest chose to sit I am too repulsed and embarrassed to be back.
I regret taking my date and feel great shame for how they were treated.
This happened 7/28/19 I waited for my anger to cool before posting. Also I called to speak to management and they had the same mentality (worry about guests they don't have rather than customers they already have).
There are better...
Read moreI loved coming to this place, really enjoyed their food, up until this morning. I ordered a salad lastnight, specifically asked for no peppers (because I can not eat them), get home and it has peppers in it. I picked out the peppers and ate the salad. Called the store this morning just to give them a courtesy call to be a little more careful, because other people may not be able to do that.
I wasn't mad or rude, but instead was told that if I have an allergy like that, that I should say something to them when I order. Well I did ask for no peppers, I assumed that would be good enough reason not to put peppers in my salad, boy was I wrong.
So apparently just saying no peppers in my food means its ok for them to put peppers in my food, just because I didnt say it was an allergy. I don't need them cut seperate or anything I just don't want to have to waste food, or my time by picking them out.
Here I thought I was just being nice just letting them know to just be a little more careful, and instead I was made to feel like it was my fault that they messed up.
Well George's I guess I will go...
