Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

2 bad experiences in a row. Not going back for a third.

Went here a week or two ago to try out the pretzel crust pizza. After I put my order through I overheard them talking in the back saying they're not going to do it and just put the pretzel salt on regular crust. I asked them if I had overheard correctly and at first they said they can't do it for me then when I asked to cancel my order all of a sudden they said they'd do it for me.

I wasn't happy with how either of the guys there handled my order but I wasn't planning to write off this little Caesars. But then this week I went there for crazy bread and the guy ripped me off. I ordered 2 breadsticks and 2 dips and instead of giving me the 2 crazy breads for $6 deal, he charged me over $12. Didn't realize until after I'd left. Been going to this location for almost a decade now. Manager is a great guy, they hire kids out of highschool to help them find college/university which is really nice but sometimes the service suffers a bit as a result, rarely a problem though.

Pizza isn't the best but the sauce is really nice and the pepperoni is crazy cheap relative to the nutritional value, definitely a good budget option if you want a pizza and don't wanna make it yourself. It's all 12" medium pizzas unless you get it custom ordered and they have pizza hot and ready in prime hours 97% of the time; otherwise might ask you to wait 10 minutes if they don't have one in the oven already.

Walked in to order pizza, they did not have the hot and ready options ready. They told me it would be about 8 min. No problem I could wait. I waited about 10min and another customer walked in and ordered the same thing as me. It was a different employee than served me, realizing they were probably going to give my order to this customer I went to the counter showed my receipt and said "I have been waiting a bit for my order can you check on it".
