Ah, McDonald's, purveyor of swift sustenance and humble delight, I did approach thy gleaming arches with a hunger both true and deep. With eager anticipation, I placed my order for a feast to carry away. Yet, in an odd twist of fate, my meal was served upon a tray rather than in the intended sack for travel.Undeterred, I did request that my fare be bundled for the journey home. The transformation from tray to bag was swiftly done, and I departed, assured all was well. But alas, upon reaching my abode, I discovered that one burger, prized amongst my provisions, was absent. A void, a gap in the feast I had so eagerly anticipated. In my dismay, I pondered the nature of such an error. Was it an oversight, a mere slip in the grand dance of fast food? Or perhaps a jest by Fate herself, testing my patience and resolve? Resolute, I returned to the establishment, my missing burger a beacon of my grievance. The manager, a figure of authority and benevolence, did hear my plight. With a countenance of understanding and hands swift to rectify, they restored the missing piece of my culinary tapestry. The burger was bestowed upon me with apologies sincere and a manner most gracious. Thus, I muse upon this episode with a heart both lightened and reflective. Though the path to satisfaction was briefly marred by mishap, the swift and courteous resolution shone brightly. In this modern age, even amidst the hustle and clamor of a fast food eatery, there is still room for service marked by respect and earnest care. So, to thee, McDonald's, I offer my commendation. Thy food did fill my belly, and thy service, despite the stumble, did warm my spirit. In the end, it is not the error that defines the experience, but the manner in which it is mended. And in that,...
Read moreMy last trip to McDonald's was the worst. I ordered my meal in the drive-through. How's I drove around the corner to get to the pay window, There were painters painting the side of the building. This meant that I needed to widen the turn to be able to negotiate the corner without hitting the painters. Doing solo caused my passenger side front wheel. To rum up against the curb damaging the wheel. I'll call The restaurant received and they took no responsibility. I'm sure there were other people who also damaged their wheels trying to negotiate the drive-through during the lunch hour while painters were painting the side of the building. It was a bad decision having the painters there during the lunch hour and poor corporate policy to not take responsibility.
UPDATE: I tried this McDonalds location again (after months of avoiding it) and had another disappointing experience. This location has 2 drive thru lanes. I watched 2 cars have their order taken in the other lane without my lane being acknowledged. It wasn't busy so I was able to back up and make my way into the lane I saw people getting their orders taken. At that time a car pulled into the lane I was first in and his order was taken before I was eventually acknowledged and able to order. I got a half-hearted apology when I explained what just transpired. At the payment window, the young man taking my payment stared me down without a word (nice touch!). The food was good and the young lady at the pick-up window was pleasant and professional.

Read moreThis is by far the worst McDonalds. It continues to dissapoint me. I would say they only get my order right 1 out of 4 times. When they do get it right the fries are either too salty that my daughter wont eat them or they are too cold and heat racked. I will specifically ask for 2 ketchup packets and no ice in my drinks and often get no condiments or more then 10 for a kids size fry. This is so wasteful. My drinks often come with extra ice instead of no ice. When they do remember to omit the ice the drink is often only 3/4 full. On my last visit I ordered a scor flurrey. It had a teaspoon of scor ontop and nothing mixed into the ice cream. The inside of the resturant is always a mess. The resturant can be empty yet somehow the drink and condiment station are disgusting. It is always out of ketchup and sometimes i have to ask for them to change the syrup on the cola. I have witnessed the repair man standing on the counter with shoes on while repairing the icemaker ontop. I wonder what the health department would have to say. Im no expert but i would have liked to see them close it temporarily and fill the drinks for the customers from the back machine. With this all being said that no mater how convenient this location is for my commute home from work, I wont be stopping there again. As a whole I am a fan of the McDonald's franchise as they offer a quick reasonably priced meal when you need...
