I’ll start by saying the food is fine. My rating has nothing to do with the quality of the food. We were a group of 6 with a reservation at 6:30pm. Most of us arriving pretty well on time. Our waitress was kind as she brought us water. Since our whole party wasn’t there yet at this point, she said she would come back and let us know of the specials. Fine.
Another lady came back to take our order. She started at one end of our table, the first person didn’t quite have her order yet, but everyone else did. The lady said she couldn’t take everyone else’s order first and come back to her after. So she left and came back. Everyone placed their order, I ordered gnocchi, and one of my friends ordered the same thing. Very clearly gesturing to me and said “I’ll get the same thing as her.” All other orders are placed and all is fine.
We did not get any bread to start, as the other tables got.
side note A couple was seated at another table well after we placed our order, and we noticed they had their food before we did.
We waited over and hour for our food. One of my friends caught the eye of the waitress and was BLATANTLY IGNORED. My friend had to go up to the bar to talk to her about our order. We had other plans after dinner and were cutting it very close. We were very tempted to pay for our drinks and walk out.
Not 30 seconds after my friend goes up to talk to the waitress. Our order is ready and brought to us. Everything is hot (including the plates), makes us wonder how long the plates were sitting under the heat lamp before being brought out to us. It almost seems like everything was ready a little while ago and not brought out. Everyone got their order, they bring me my plate and it is not what I ordered. They brought me a fettuccini dish. I was sorely disappointed. They offered to make me the dish I wanted, but at this point we had no time to wait another however long it would take them to make it. As it was, we needed to leave in less than 20 mins.
They did bring back the wrong dish complimentary. I took it, but was still sorely disappointed. I didn’t even finish it, as it was not what I wanted.
Basically it was a disappointing evening due to the service. I couldn’t even give a name to our server, as she didn’t introduce herself. I could have been a little more forgiving if we had some updates or even an apology that things were taking so long. Some sort of acknowledgement would have been nice.

Read moreI haven’t been here for years since last weekend and was excited to dine in again. My overall experience was nothing less than disappointing, i won’t be coming back. Long story short, over an hour wait for pasta and pizza and confrontational manager topped off with subpar food just isn’t worth my money these days.
I understand the pasta and everything is fresh and made in house, sure whatever, but that’s not an excuse to justify a two hour wait. Unless you’re making it literally as it’s ordered and not in the morning, then props to you, I am wrong. When my party raised a time concern to our experience we were lied to and brought bread that was unsatisfying. 3-4 minutes turned into 15.
The pasta was wet and greasy and not pleasant to eat anyways.
We asked to speak to the manager and told us we were late and to expect a two hour dine in experience for the ‘home made pasta’ - still confused on how that takes two hours to boil pasta that was made morning of hopefully - I digress - then when my friend was in shock from the words coming out of the managers mouth they turned to them and asked why they were laughing….

Read moreI made a reservation on Open Table for dine in. We got there and were told everyone needed to be vaccinated, I was surprised since the new health orders weren’t to start til the 3rd. They said these had been their rules for a while regardless. It should really be made clear on their website/social media or in the reservation email that all guests need to be vaccinated to dine in. Because we had one person that wasn’t vaccinated, we sat on the patio. It was a bit chilly but no big deal. We were there to try their Burger Week burger. Ordered it with the server, she says “oh were you told we had it?” Well according to burgerweek.com and your Instagram you do, am I wrong to try to order it? I thought that was strange and off putting. They ended up having one for us. The food took an hour to come out. I ordered the gnocchi, and the first bite I took I thought was cheese because it pulled apart like it could’ve been mozzarella. Turns out it was the gnocchi, and it was so undercooked it was barely edible. The burger was quite tasty. No one came to check on how the food was, otherwise I would’ve said something.
