Greatly disappointing customer service.
This was one of our favorite places to eat but todays experience ruined it for us. Firstly the woman working there did not give us full scoops of toppings as the other staff usually does, but we let it slide. She then knocked over half of the contents of the bowl and started to pour the spilt contents back into the bowl until she noticed i was looking. She then attempted to only give me 2 new pieces of salmon (when she had spilled more then that and spilled tuna). At no point did she offer to make me a new bowl and scoffed at me when i asked for it myself. I also had a coupon for a free drink which i had to remind her of and was also met with a scoff.

Read moreHello! I hate to share the 1 star but today I dealt with an employee who did not fairly give toppings at all and was unfortunately rude! I got charged extra for crab when there were no other protien toppings available which I was upset for. My friend got less toppings and came away with less than half of the large bowl filled. The second bowl also was half full. The employee was not wearing a mask or gloves during the food preparation and was short with us. we had an overall very poor customer service experience. I was with a friend who was so excited to show me this place because at every other time she has been has come away feeling that her poke bowl was full to the top and had good interactions with other staff.
