I had ordered a xl Hawaiian pizza a small pepperoni pizza and 10 boneless wings with honey garlic sauce, the order had arrived about 20 minutes after it was placed, but I was met at the door with a “large” Hawaiian pizza not an XL as I had ordered, also there was no honey garlic sauce for the wings, the driver said that they didn’t have enough dough for an XL which makes no sense at all, also that should have been informed to me before they made the pizza and delivered it. I had called back about the honey garlic sauce as I wasn’t about to eat plain wings when I specifically ordered honey garlic, they said they would do a rush order for the sauces, 30+ mins go by and they still hadn’t delivered the sauces, I called again and only then they we’re supposedly delivering it, I received another call about 15 minutes after saying that the driver said he “delivered the sauce” when he didn’t, finally another 20 mins goes by and they finally arrived with the sauce but at this point my wings were cold and in appetizing, terrible service! I am very unhappy with the standard of service this company as a whole gives, I have been a long time supporting customer to this company but this is the last straw! This used to have a decent deep dish pizza in house and we have ordered the regular crust from the Pizza Hotline component before. Last few experiences have been absolutely horrible. First time, I tried something different and ordered chicken alfredo. Apparently roasted chicken means tiny chunks of reconstituted, frozen chicken that have been defrosted, and the portion size for the price was laughable. Next few times the pizza dough hasn't been cooked. First at Cafe 22 and I put it down to the crusts being their deep crusts. This time was with the regular (and even thin) crusts at Pizza Hotline. The regular crust pizza and the cheesy breadstick dough had not risen properly, was greasy, and undercooked. Really horrible. I gather the oven needs serious maintenance or that they're rushing it? The salad we ordered was also horrid. I went for the family size Greek and it was all romaine lettuce with a paltry scattering of olives and feta and NO DRESSING! VERY UNIMPRESSED. Every time I call I get nothing but attitude from there dispatch. Yes the food may be okay at times but more or less it's always greasy you can literally just pinch it and the grease will be dripping down for a solid 10 seconds.

I only go to this place because of the price which I'm not complaining about but their staff and quality have just gone down through the last decade and a half, I just placed an order today at 10:15 p.m. and was just treated so rudely and when asked to read back the order she just said bye and I continued to ask and again was treated rudely and hung up on.

During my early 20s I spent a lot of money here and I can say that it really is not the same. Just quantity, not quality and that goes for a lot of restaurants/fast food within this last 10 years.
