UPDATE!!! (For owner’s answer) Today, on February 3rd, 2024, I placed an order through the SUSHIPOINT website, which redirected to Uber Eats for delivery. However, the delivery never occurred, and I only received a notification that the order was canceled. When I asked the administrator of SUSHIPOINT what happened, they suggested calling Uber to resolve the issue. After over an hour on the phone with Uber, nothing was resolved, and I ended up wasting money, time, and nerves.
The most frustrating part is that SUSHIPOINT didn't attempt to resolve the issue to ensure customer satisfaction. Instead, they simply shrugged it off.
In conclusion, owners, please address this issue because these problems risk ruining planned celebrations for people.
UPDATE: I didn't actually place the order; it was my friend who did. However, I believe it doesn't matter who placed the order because it wasn't just Olesya who wanted to eat your sushi; it was all of us.
To reiterate, we came to your website (SUSHIPOINT) and placed an order there on your official website. However, you, as the business owner, suggested that we switch to the UberEats website for delivery. And somehow, you're trying to shift your issues with Uber onto the customers.
As for the one-star rating, Google asks for ratings on food, service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the atmosphere, so we can't rate it. We also couldn't try the food, so the only thing left to rate is the service, which, as you can see,...
Read moreThank you for a wonderful Valentine's Day ((( The service is crap! All the advertising on social networks says to order in advance. The order is created 24 hours in advance. I came to pick up the order at 5 pm, there were 3-4 people in front of me, all of whom were postponed for 40 minutes. While standing in line, I observe the following picture: a girl takes a Napoleon cake from the refrigerator and cuts off a piece to pack in a container, then takes the fingers that she touched the cake, licks it and then approaches a colleague and starts touching her hair as if to show it off and then after a long discussion begins to form an order for sushi by touching the open products without using gloves. I always try to support Ukrainian production but… if this is happening at the production, at least hide it from visitors. I fully understand that this is a holiday. As a result, the order is not ready, the whole place is full of people waiting for their order, maybe they were before me because there was only one table with an order. So, my order was changed to courier delivery at 7 pm. Yes, we waited for our Winnipeg set at 8 pm. The set was wonderful but without the desserts that the girl so strongly recommended to us. We tried to contact you but no one picked...
Read moreWithout exaggeration — this is the best sushi café in Winnipeg! Sushi Point truly impressed us with not only the incredibly delicious food but also its warm and cozy atmosphere. Every detail of the interior feels thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing space from the moment you walk in. The sushi was exceptionally fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely melted in our mouths — you can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction.
A special thank you to the manager, Lisa — her hospitality and friendly attitude made our visit even more memorable. She was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to her, the service was nothing short of outstanding.
I highly recommend Sushi Point to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Japanese flavors in a charming and comfortable setting. We’ll definitely be...
