Pho Hoang — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Actually, house special pho is good taste, but I think if there is less suger in it, there would be better. One of my friend ordered coffee was a fresh taste and special style which we never have. Coffee Di da di da dropped into the glass, interesting. Another friend enjoyed the pork which covered the rice. After this dinner, she talked a lot about the pork on our way home. I know it is good, but is that good enough to let her cant drop her mind? B/c I donot eat pork, hope someone shares experience with it.

Do love all the food, but I saw some reviews on google said the staff has a poker face. Literally, I met her today, I have to say, she has, but she worked well and effectively. I am not a social guy when I am getting into a restaurant. So I am good with her service, no complains. Indeed, there is a bit smile from her when I cheked out, yes, we had a small talk. She has enough patience with me. Then, I know her poker face is not to against customers, it is just herself. No worried, guys, take easy with this lady staff. I am sure you will enjoy the food here, never mind with the extra things.

Btw, I dont think drive to downtown is a good choice.

Horrible experience. A coworker warned me that the service is very bad.. she told me the lady (I believe she is the owner) is extremely rude/ disrespectful.

I went for the first time the other day and my coworker was right. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.

The lady looks at you like your stupid whenever you speak to her. (While ordering or nicely asking where the bathroom is) She doesn’t check on you. She appears to be very annoyed and acts like she does not want to be there.

Don’t waste your money!! There are so many delicious pho restaurants in the city.. that would be pleased to have you come by… the food wasn’t that great either…

Been coming to Pho Hoang for years, back when heather was actually there. Iv been telling people this place has hands down the best pho in the city with great service. Today i had the worst service experience and wont be saying the great service. No pho at 4pm . No debt machine in order? We just ordered bubble tea. Too be completely honest for being a regular of 5 years of business . The bubble teas should of be compensated. Not asking for me to do a etransfer, that is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The only reason they tried to make things right was because they saw how furious i was at their previous zero attempts to...
