This was the first time my husband and I ever ate at a Keg and let me tell you the experience was definitely worth the bill. Let me start off by saying they are going above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and covid free while eating here. It was very nice to see the newly installed touchless bathrooms and they were very thorough when screening us as we entered. Moving on, the service was stellar! When we first arrived we were seated in the patio which to be fair was quite busy, so we didn't get served as quickly as we'd have hoped, and ended up having to go back inside to request an indoor table. They were super accommodating to that, and brought us to a lovely table in the back. I had mentioned we were waiting a while outside and our server ended up comping our first round of drinks, which was unnecessary (because we are quite easygoing) but definitely appreciated! It was a very nice gesture to apologize for the wait. Our servers name was Jaimie and he was just wonderful. Took care of everything we needed and then some, and made great conversation at the table. We made sure to leave a hefty tip for him and the kitchen because OH MY GOD, our meal was spectacular! I'd like to specifically compliment the kitchen, as they took my husband's odd request of a 3 patty burger to the next level! It came out perfectly assembled, not greasy or falling over, it was just perfect! He devoured it within 10 minutes and couldn't stop complimenting it. He's not one who's easily impressed! I had a 12 ounce steak and the king crab, which admittedly was the most expensive thing on the menu, but was most definitely worth it. Everything was cooked to perfection and my steak came out exactly the way I'd asked. So all in all, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any type of event, so long as you keep in mind that the menu is quite outstanding, so the prices do reflect that. We had a delicious meal for 2 for around $100 with some leftover for home! Please do yourself a favor and eat here! You will not regret it! 😁

Husband and I finally got a night away from the kids and we went for supper at our favourite restaurant. Pre supper drink was the white sangria. So good. Before the food came I ordered a glass of wine. I ordered the half lobster and steak with the twice baked potato. It took 56 minutes for our food to come out. When my meal was brought out it didn’t have the the twice baked potato and I had to ask for it. My wine was no where to be seen. When I tried to eat the lobster I had no seafood tools. I had to ask for that. My meal is finished and I had no warm water or towel to wipe my hands. I had to ask for that. Disappointed that we pay so much for the food and the service was so poor. Went back to the Keg this evening. Lindsay our waitress provided amazing service. Food was exceptional and we left wowed by how great the service was and food tasted. Glad we tried this location again.

Really cozy and vintage-style restaurant with a lot of amazing food. A lot of different options from fish to chicken, including steak and seafood. The Sangria drink was amazing, the waiter was very polite and the waiting time for the main dishes was about 15-20 min. We've also ordered the Lobster gratinee as a starter and it was delicious! The photos are from these plates: Steak & Lobster, Steak & Crab and Pistachio Salmon. It is a bit expensive but for special occasions and for the quality of the food and the experience that you get I think that it is very worth it. With 4 people ordering a main dish + drinks + a starter (1 for all) (no desserts) the total including taxes and tip was around 250-300 CAD.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday at The Keg Restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating, and the kids menu was a hit with the little ones. The baked brie was simply delicious, and the rib steak was cooked to perfection and came with some delicious roasted beets and green beans. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't happy with her sirloin, but we were pleasantly surprised when the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Overall, The Keg Restaurant is an excellent choice for special occasions and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Dinner with my husband, celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary. Service was excellent, the waitress recommend a lot of great things. If we would have had more of an appetite would have got the NY striploin based on her description. We both had the bacon wrapped filet. The bread they started us with were very good. And the salads before supper were great and huge. The steak was cooked well and tasted great. Had the fudge brownie, it was amazing and a must try. It was one of the best I've had. Next time I will had to try the crab too based on the servers recommendation.
