Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Woodstock

I first called and spoke to a manager about a question Qaiser was his name. He first of all kept telling the person that answered the phone he was too busy to vtalk to me. Eventually he came on the phone and was very pushy and rude. When asked for him name he refused to give it to me and hung up. I called back 3 or 4 times and he would push me to answering machine. Qaiser called me back 5 or so minutes later and asked me what my problem was. I told him that I can't believe he hung up on me and refused to give me his name. Then he said he already gave it to me that's what he hung up. Then gave me my name and in the end didn't help me with my original problem so asked when the store manager was in and was told he didn't know I would just have to keep trying to reach him myself. Even after all this I ordered off skip the dishes cause they had bogo on there 6 piece boneless wings. Well I get the food and it's undercooked soggy and cold and I only live 2-3 minutes drive away and my driver came straight here as I watched on the delivery app as he drove. Also the garlic parm flavor is disgusting at best. Asked for them to contact skip to get me a refund. At first was was told by different manager that wouldn't give me her name that it takes up to an hour on hold. When I asked could she please do it as I was out $27.10 on inedible disgusting food. I was then told only the store manager had that authority as her second excuse. I then left my information for the store manger to call me. I know at that time will be too late for anything to be done by skip. They have gone downhill drastically lately. I use to always order here and decent service and great food but has gotten worse and worse. Today/tonight was just totally 100% unacceptable. So I decided to order delivery for the first time with popeyes. If the order is less than 20 bucks it's $6 delivery charge. I ended buying the 4 piece meal. Bill was supposed to be around $20 with the charge and I was gonna tip the driver an extra 2 bucks. Upon delivery, driver charges me $27 dollars. And I asked him why is it 27 bucks and he said well I paid roughly around 20. And I was like okkkkk. He stated he was part of another delivery service that picks up for Popeyes. I called Popeyes and they called the driver to reimburse me the extra money back. I told Popeyes tell the driver to keep the change and I won't ever order delivery ever again. This is my first and last time ordering delivery from popeyes. I usually like to tip because I'm sure the charge fee doesn't go to the driver, but honestly this was robbery lol. Don't order delivery. Pick your lazy butt up and go get it yourself cause youll save yourself around 15...

I think the value you get compared to KFC is a world apart. I love the taste of kfc but the chicken is so small now. KFC is also just across the street from this location. Popeyes serves actual sized chicken I used to get from kfc a decade or more ago. Also, when I went to this location they told me that the size of the chicken was a bit too small for my order so they added a couple more for me. That’s service and that’s appreciating your customer and keeping them happy so they have nothing to complain about. I’ll be back just because of that. That’s Popeyes! That’s awesome!
