Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woodstock

This store served me chicken at 53 degrees Fahrenheit internal - photo shows 58 because I didn't think to take a pic right away. Store manager's initial response when I brought them in saying they were nearly fridge-cold was "they were in the deep fryer" - she didn't believe me until I had her touch the chicken. Then came the blame game, she tried to blame it on the warming box, on the employee who sauced the chicken - she did everything but take responsibility.

Pizza hut corporate seemed similarly unconcerned with the incident. Their response to the incident started off with "I understand your frustration" and proceeded for two paragraphs of the same patronizing drivel before signing off with "again, my apologies" despite never having actually offered an apology in the first place. The fish rots from the head - believe the rating on this place, they deserve it. I'd choose zero stars if I could. I have a credit there now that I won't use. I don't want my food held and served to me in the danger zone...

will never order from here again if u want pizza with no cheese order from here. I thought may be its a one time mistake but it happened 3 times, bald spots on pizza with no cheese. This time I went in and checked the pizza told the lady that there is barely any cheese on the pizza she said “ oh the cheese falls off when we cut it” lol seriously 😳. I asked here that cheese is not falling on the pizza where is it? she said ill make a new one but it will be the same. Extremely rude lady that does not take ownership of her mistakes bad service. I told her to put cheese on the pizza and warm it in the oven, to which she asked the cook to do it and he said oh u will have a burnt pizza if i warm too much. Wow these people have no general concern for cleanliness, watch the delivery driver walk in from just doing a run an him go right to fold up boxes for future pizza ,I told myself let it go , then this guy proceeds to prep the packaging for my food 🤨🤮 so I speak up about the concern an they all go upon there day like nothing wrong so they I speak up again an I get told he's not touching food so it's okay , your literally mam handing the packaging my food goes into ? So I ask for my money back an get it rudly tossed across the counter , thanks pizza hut an to anyone that reads this , stay away from that nasty place , if there whilling to do that in front of customers I can only imagine what happens where people...
