Update: After avoiding this business for many years (see below review), we decided to give KFC another try. I don’t know who they have working there, but they definitely need some training. Ordered an 18 piece chicken tender bucket (with sides). Got the sides no problem, but the genius who packed the order gave us BONE IN chicken. Chicken TENDERS are BONELESS. I ordered through Skip the Dishes (because KFC’s website refused to process payment on any of my cards) so I couldn’t even call them to let them know of the error and have it fixed. Needless to say, I am still extremely disappointed in KFC.
Original Review: Would leave negative stars if I could. The website took our order and sent us confirmation of order. Apparently it was too close to closing time, so they cancelled the order and told us we had to call KFC head office to get everything sorted out and get a refund. That was July 8th. That night I called head office. The associate assured me she would push through the return but it could take 5-7 business days. On July 11th (after being assured we would hear back from the manager on the 9th) my partner called the store. The manager said he was never told he had to call us and when compensation was asked for, he hung up on my partner. This prompted a second call to head office. Again they assured me the refund would be processed by Wednesday or Thursday of that week. No refund had been received. Called head office again on Friday. Was told my issue would be “escalated” and I should hear from someone soon. Still no response. Now it’s 11 days later, several calls to KFC head office and still getting the run around and no refund. I’ve message KFC on all social media platforms with no response. I’ve called them and have been told to be “assured it is being escalated and will be taken care of by upper management.” How am I to believe anything KFC says at this point? They’ve taken $64 from me in an instant and have yet to return it. Just apologies and the run around saying they can “sympathize” with...
Read moreIf you’re planning to have a quick dine in don’t come here. We went here today 5/25/2025 after mass to have a quick lunch before heading to the park. Though this branch is newly updated and all with new management, my husband and I were so not pleased about the overall service.
Atmosphere: was not so good and feels unwelcoming.
Staff/crew not polite and approachable , did not smile at all handling the orders as if they had a day and not wanting to go to work. Have to repeat many times if our food was to go or for dine in.
Food/service: this is worst. If there is a negative option in the star I would give them a negative rating. He handled our food without care and just put them on the tray… looks unappealing… the food was not properly wrapped and looks so gross…. I wanted not to eat but my kids are starving.
Waiting time: we went there around 1:20pm not so many customer. One couple before us and two in the drive thru, but it took us an hour to have our orders (family of 6). We just ordered burgers and 1 chicken popcorn and 3 pops.
Sharing is caring: Saw the crewmen (not one but two) went out the kitchen (with gloves on). One talk to the customer ahead of us because of the wrong order , followed by one more crèwman (again with gloves on)now handling a burger and trying to put it in the bag the first crew was holding. I felt violated… why…. Because I was observing them both. They both return in the kitchen made the orders and wearing the same gloves…. Very unsanitary. I wanted to say something but was afraid that I might be in some trouble with my kids and our orders…
Overall not satisfied with this experience A waste of time and money. Unsanitary and improper handling of food. I hope this helps the management to evaluate their crew every...
Read moreI recently visited a KFC location that left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant had a nostalgic charm, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. However, the outdated interior and faded signage gave it a worn-out appearance.
Unfortunately, the washrooms were in a terrible state, which was particularly concerning as I was accompanied by a minor. It's crucial for establishments to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, especially when catering to families.
Beyond the aesthetics, the overall experience didn't quite live up to the reputation of KFC. It felt more like a generic fried chicken joint that happened to bear the KFC branding. I couldn't help but wonder if the management sends Quality Assurance officers to ensure consistent standards across all franchises.
While the food itself was decent, it didn't possess that wow factor I've come to expect from KFC. It was satisfactory enough to finish, but not memorable enough to rave about. As someone who values their hard-earned money, I always hope for a more satisfying culinary experience.
The most apparent issue was the restaurant's outdated appearance. It definitely needs a revamp to align with the modern and inviting atmosphere found in other KFC locations. A fresh and contemporary makeover would go a long way in attracting customers and enhancing their overall dining experience.
Considering all aspects, I would rate this particular KFC a 5 out of 10. It has potential, but improvements are necessary to meet the expectations associated with...
