We love it here! We were in Santiago on and off for five weeks and we went here at least three times a week with our two small kids (2.5 and 11 months old). All the ice cream is handmade and incredibly yummy, and the owner/ice cream maker is very present and has hired absolutely awesome staff in Maria, Sophia and Jocelyn who have taken care of our family on our many trips. He ido un par de veces y en ambas oportunidades me han atendido super bien... ayer fui con mi esposa y pedimos helados sin nada de beber, pero al ratito se acercó el chico que atiende y nos ofreció agua, le dije que si pensando en que me traería agua embotellada y que la tendría que pagar. Mi sorpresa fue que trajo una botella de vidrio súper linda con agua helada y dos vasos con hielo sin ningún cobro extra, una cortesía simple pero que realmente hace la diferencia!
