We love the vibe of this place and the staff were friendly and responsive. It really is a hidden gem and seems to be a local hangout. We thought the food was okay but honestly the vegan food in Santiago has been so next level, it is probably on par with most vegan options internationally. We had a burger with a homemade patty that we enjoyed but the overall flavor was a bit flat. We also had a tofu bowl which was really good but kind of hard to eat without making a mess (maybe dice the lettuce at the bottom so taking a bit doesn't pull quinoa and other items out of the bowl?). The dessert and ice cream wasn't our favorite but we only tried one. The many desserts in the case looked really good so we may stop by again to try something different. Probably the biggest vegan burger I've ever eaten in my whole life. I'm a glutton and even I couldn't beat that monster down! The staff is friendly and warm and they were super patient with me trying to explain things in a way I could understand (since I can't make a word out in Spanish). La comida es muy buena, es a un precio justo y el lugar es bonito, PEROOO LA ATENCIÓN ES PÉSIMA!!!, primera vez que voy a un restaurant a comer que atienden tan mal. Fuimos desde Rancagua especialmente a comer ahí, fui con mi familia mi bebé de 1 año y mi marido, hicimos nuestro pedido y junto con esto le pedimos por favor a la mesera que nos calentará la comida de nuestro bebé ella nos dijo que si, volvió 1 minuto más tarde otra mesera ( muy antipática y mal educada) diciendo que no podía calentar la comida para el bebé porque contenía carne, le dijimos ok gracias y le comenzamos a dar el colado a nuestro bebe, llegó a nuestra mesa nuevamente la mesera diciendo que tampoco podíamos alimentar a nuestro bebe porque el colado tenía carne, nosotros nos quedamos en shock, le dejamos de dar la comida y pregunté entonces si había algún menú para bebes y me dijeron que nada. Como estaba servido todo lo que habíamos pedido nos quedamos para no armar un espectáculo. Nos atendieron de muy mala forma y ganas al pedir la cuenta y hasta que nos fuimos, se molestaron porque llevábamos la comida con carne de un bebé de 1 año que NO TIENE LA EDAD SUFICIENTE PARA DECIDIR SI QUIERE O NO COMER CARNE.
