Hard Rock Cafe — Restaurant in Providencia

We entered the shop to take a look at some T-shirts and possibly going inside for a drink. While looking at the tees, the alarm sensor near the door beeped (we had been shopping all afternoon thus loaded with bags).

A guy from the store approached, asked if we had taken something and asked to go through the alarm again and it beeped again. I asked if he wanted to take a look at the bags, he said no. I explained we were shopping for clothes earlier and there could be something in our bags that was triggering it but he just stood still between us and the shop.

First time going there I left very disappointed, second time decided not to come back. There was not a single option for vegans, and not many other options for vegetarians. The waitress was nice and friendly, but not very efficient, being completely incapable of recommending or making any suggestions when asked. Second time the waiters weren't as nice, ignoring us all the time and being rude when we requested to be moved inside. Later on, we had the option to pick a song to be played, and even when the place wasn't packed at all, we waited for it to come up, but at the end we decided to leave. Drinks were mediocre and weak...

Went in for our glasses from the Hurricane drinks. Lisa in communication we wanted the normal glasses that come with the drink but was told they only have the mug, so we got that. Fast forward to us going to gift shop to get it, we see they have the normal glasses that every other Hard Rock offers with it.
