En mi valoración de 2 estrellas no va incluida la atención, en ese sentido dejo 5 estrellas, todos y todas son muy amables. Pedí un Vegetable Ramen un té helado y un Okonomiyaki, este último en cuanto a consistencia y preparación considero que tenía buen sabor, a excepción de las salsas, que se notaban que eran envasadas y no son preparadas en el local, de hecho gracias a esta tortilla logré darle un mejor sabor al plato Vegetable Ramen, el que estaba tibio, y esperaba un plato caliente sobretodo considerando que es una sopa, el plato sinceramente de vegetariano tiene muy poco, además de la falta de picante y el exceso de bebida de soya en la sopa deja una sensación de estar tomando leche diluida en agua; no tenía algas, cuando las algas son las que le da un sabor muy rico, tenía pocas verduras solo incluía cebollín picado y diente de dragón. El tofu aún tenía mucha agua, podrían haberlo pasado por una plancha y saltearlo un poco y además le sumaba al caldo más sabor a bebida vegetal de soya. Practicante no tenía condimento, solo la salsa de soya, nada más que le diera un gusto diferente. La pasta si estaba sabrosa. En cuando al té helado Arizona, es bastante rico pero no tenían la opción de jugo natural, té, café o infusión, además entregaban la lata sin vaso para servir. El borde del mesón estaba lleno de grasa y salpicaduras que han quedado de otros clientes al igual que el ventanal. En resumen, no volvería a pagar $8200 por un plato tan malo, con suerte debería...

A great place to grab a meal if you have time to make a wait line yet, for a delicious meal, is worth the time. The ramen noddles were on point, the soup was very tasty and a little spicy at times (it was miso). Nevertheless, it was a sum to a great dish. Be prepared to stay outside though, because inside there is very to no space at all to be comfortable. Also, depending on time of your arrival, it can be a little crowded and a wait from 10...
