I absolutely loved the hotel! It is located in a nice and safe area of Santiago, close to some major city sights. The hotel is modern and updated, and its design is wonderful. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful, especially Sofia, who was extremely sweet and friendly. I got a room (#812) on a high floor with a pretty city view and a lot of natural daylight, as I requested a few days before arrival. By the way, it was easy and fast to communicate with the hotel’s representative both through Booking.comChat and theirWhatsApp. My room was ideally clean, I liked its design a lot, and I felt very comfortable there. All the furniture in my room was in perfect condition. For the first time in my life I saw a closet that is locked and opens only with a room key. The double bed was comfortable, including nice soft pillows. The bathroom was designed smartly; I liked the sink area being separated from the toilet and shower. The shower stall was big. I liked the bathroom amenities a lot; they were of very high quality and smelled nice. Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel has bicycles (regular and electric) available for free rent. Also, the hotel provides umbrellas if it is rainy outside. The rate I paid, $112 per night, was very reasonable for the high quality of everything I got. From downsides, I can mention only no toilet brush in the bathroom and a very small refrigerator. I 100% recommend this hotel for a stay!

O Hotel tem uma localização legal, lugar seguro e tranquilo. O café da manhã é razoável, ficamos uma semana e praticamente eram as mesmas coisas, não havia muitas diversidades dia após dia, mas não eram ruins as opções. Limpeza e higienização boas. Paisagem do terraço incrível. Destaco as recepcionistas Geraldine e Lucia , que sempre foram muito atenciosas e educadas. Estas profissionais são excelentes, pois estavam aguentando a bucha de resolver problemas ocasionados nos apartamentos, como falta de água quente nos chuveiros dos aptos do 7 andar pra cima, ar condicionados que não funcionavam , por problemas elétricos em setores do Hotel. Como o Hotel estava lotado, não existia a opção de troca de apartamentos, em três dias pelo menos tive que ir tomar banho em outros quartos devido a estas falhas, transtornos chatos, pois tinha que ficar esperando um tempão para conseguir isso, tudo isso com nossos pertences em mãos na recepção aguardando liberar, situação até constrangedora, ouvindo justificativas de alguns outros funcionários sem lógicas, alguns até muito grosseiros por sinal, pois os mesmos já não sabiam mais o que fazer, e me parece que isso é um problema crônico de lá, porque todos reclamavam e em uma semana nada se resolveu. O quarto é muito apertado, os banheiros vazão águas na hora do banho, e olha que conheci uns 4 banheiros diferentes, pois tive que ficar tomando banho em lugares sem ser meu quarto devido a água quente não chegar nos andares altos. Teve um apartamento que foi emprestado para banho e ele é adaptado a deficientes, aí não tem box e nem desnível do piso, só que tem um pequeno ralo, que obviamente não suporta a força e fluxo da água, o apartamento fica todo inundado, vai água até debaixo das camas, confesso que neste dia fiquei com pena das camareiras. Enfim uma pena , pois acabou deixando uma frustração em nossa viagem, estes perrengues em que passamos, por isso não indico e não voltaria mais a este Hotel.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a 500 mts del metro y aprox 600 mts del Costanera Center en una zona residencial y de oficinas muy moderna y linda. Lo malo es que los fines de semana, practicamente todos los comercios estan cerrados y tomar un cafe, almorzar o cenar es imposible e incluso comprar un agua mineral puede ser muy dificil. Las habitaciones standard del hotel son pequeñas y con poco lugar de guardado. Solo una especie de "closet" empotrado un poco incomodo. La hab carece de cesto de basura, salvo el del baño. El baño tiene una puerta de vidrio esmerilado, lo que me parece le saca privacidad. No recomendaria este tipo de habitacion ni para parejas ni amigos. Solo la veo apta para una persona viajando sola. El restaurante funciona solo para almuerzos de lunes a viernes, para cenar hay que ir al bar que ofrece tapas (que no reemplazan en absoluto a una comida). Para cancelar la estadia, el hotel solamente acepta pagos con dinero en efectivo con pago exacto y esto NO esta aclarado en ningun lado ni tampoco se lo dicen verbalmente al momento del check in. Tampoco me quisieron cambiar un billete de 10 mil pesos chilenos por otros de menor denominacion, aduciendo que no trabajan con dinero y ahi me entere de casualidad lo del pago de la estadia. La limpieza muy buena, el estado del mobiliario y ropa de cama, tambien. Sin embargo, no volvere ni recomendare.
