Starbucks — Restaurant in Santiago

The service from a cashier was very awful. I asked her short size of coffee and she said that she had it. Later when coffee came out, it was tall and i asked her why it was tall and then she told me the tall size was the smallest size she had. She didn’t explain me well. Because they have a size for short which called cortado size. Even worse she treated me with a gaze of racism. I have to tell this awful experience that i had to people who want to visit...

When talking about Starbucks, there is not much we can add to the table. The place was as expected. The only notable thing about this particular instalation was being a 2 stories stablishment, with tables and plenty of space to organize a meeting of 5 to 6 people.

Desde que llegué, el personal me recibió con una sonrisa y una actitud muy amable, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido de inmediato. Fueron rápidos y atentos, asegurándose de que estuviera cómodo y de que mi experiencia fuera lo mejor posible. El ambiente del local también es muy agradable, con una decoración moderna y acogedora que invita a quedarse un rato.

El espacio estaba limpio y bien organizado, y había suficientes mesas para disfrutar de una bebida o trabajar tranquilamente. El ambiente era relajado, con música suave de fondo, lo que lo hace ideal para una pausa en el día. La atención fue impecable, con el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurarse de que todo estuviera en orden.
