We reserved a table for 12:30 and arrived a bit early, around 12:15. The waiter offered us to get seated and wait for 13:00, when they would start the lunch service, we accepted and ordered a chocolate picante and a Frappuccino. We then awaited until around 12:45 and ordered two tacos and some papas as entrantes, and two panitas y tallarines as fondos. The entrantes were served around 10 minutes after we ordered, and they were really great. As soon as we finished eating these, the waiter took away our plates and we awaited for the main dishes. During this time, the room filling itself, and got completely full in less than 15 minutes. People were talking really loud and it was very difficult for the two of us to talk to each other even though we were only at most half a meter away.
We had to see every table around us (arrived much later than us) getting served, eating and paying before us, and waited one hour before getting served ourselves (with a single fast "sorry" by the waiter) a dish which was bland and nothing like the entrantes we tasted earlier.
When we asked for the bill, we kind of expected the owner to make some sort of commercial discount to apologize for the very long waiting, or maybe just an explanation on why it took so long, but nothing happened. We decided not to leave any tips because of the poor service, but the waiter only got us a handwritten check, and we understood later that he typed in a 10% tip on the payment terminal without even asking.
Very disappointed of this experience, especially because of the very good reviews we have been reading before...

*Atención muy grotesca, nos sentamos, nos tomaron el pedido y nos dejaron la bolsita de los cubiertos, sin antes limpiar la Mesa, mientras tomaba servilletas de la mesa cochina del lado, llegaron los ice tea, moví todo a una orilla y limpie la mesa con alcohol que andábamos trayendo, no quería ice tea le iba a pedir que me diera una bebida pero como. Me preocupe de limpiar primero se me fue y ya habían llegado los bebestibles.
*Entrada no llegaron, se fueron a otra mesa que llegó después.
*Plato Principal pedí lomo de cerdo con arroz, el cerdo frío y duro, arroz por partes helado y otros tibio. Cuando nos trajeron los platos indicamos que nos faltaron las entradas.
*Llegaron las entradas pedí una tostada venia con carne, tomate y mayo, carne seca, seca me tuve que tomar unos sorbos del ice tea para pasarlo.
En este punto pedimos la cuenta no valía la pena el postre o café, teniendo los platos aun servidos, para irnos a comer al portal unos completos (local el portal, otra cosa la atención y sabroso).
Le teníamos fe a este local por toda la historia que tenía y su propuesta pero acá te das cuenta que el cambio de dueño se llevó lo bueno que tenía.
Lo que no entendí que los Garzónes hablan por woki toki, pero aún así no trabajan bien eran varios pero no había servilletas, mesas sin limpiar.
Lo que odie con mi vida!! Que al momento de pagar dejando siempre la propina, fue que salió el vaucher de la maquina, yo teniendo la maquina en la mano el garzon fue tan brusco al quitarme la maquina de mano, quede super descolocado, y se fue, ni un gracias que le vaya bien... Nada!
Pd: el otro plato era lentejas sin sabor a nada y la entrada una ensalada las lechugas mal lavadas, con tierra, y el aceite de oliva de muy...
