WILL COME BACK? YES Pros: - Great staff all around. Special thanks to Alysia and Erna for helping us during Porridge Explosion. - High variety menu with some hotpot option we never seen before. - Towards the expensive side but very worth the price. - Seafood are fresh and top grade. - Good selection of wine and tea. - Dining area are well placed to enter from the casino. - Open late and staff helpful to get us get to the lobby. Cons: - Receptionist doesnt really speak english, they do have other staff to help. be patience. - If you order the porridge hotpot, it can explode. Mine did and the whole restaurant come to help. One staff so brave picked up the scalding hot pot from infront of us to make sure we are safe.

I had a late-night hotpot dinner at Hip Seng Hotpot Restaurant in Macau after watching The House of Dancing Water. The fish maw soup was absolutely delicious and instantly refreshed my mind after the show. The fresh seafood was incredibly sweet and top-notch in quality. This branch stays open later than any other hotpot spot in Macau, making it the perfect place for a satisfying meal after an evening out. Highly recommended for both the quality of ingredients and the convenience of late-night dining!

Absolutely love this restaurant! The soup base is incredibly delicious, and all the ingredients are super fresh. The waiter was very helpful—he suggested the right portion size and guided us in choosing the best options. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
