Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

Lovely place, but unfortunately they forgot us in the bar when we were waiting for the table. After waiting for more than an hour and asking the staff 3 times plus the kind bar staff asked their colleagues for us they finally found a table for us in the restaurant that was not even half full. This was from 21:00-22:10. They served the wrong wine, luckily we noticed it and unfortunately waiting for long time from a confused waiter that was running around with multiple bottles of wines - he clearly didn’t know anything about wine and the ordering/ticketing system. Another waiter took over and found the right wine. This was definitely a disappointment and not the standard we are used to from Gordon’s branches. It’s cleanly that there’s a lack of management at this venue - sadly to see after visiting so many branches and getting this experience. I never doubted Gordon Ramsay before now. We sat with empty glasses, it was a bit difficult to get in contact with the waiters to get more wine, but luckily after asking the second waiter we got more wine for our steaks. The food was amazing as always! The waiter that cleaned after our main course could have asked how it tasted, but the waiters didn’t seem to enjoy working there at all. We got told that they closed the place at 23:00, so unfortunately we couldn’t order dessert at 23:02. They also charged us for a Guinness that we didn’t get. Clearly this place need some help!! Good food but no service at all. They could all learn from other branches - not worst...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at the Londoner Macau, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. The restaurant and bar are incredibly spacious, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The ambience is just perfect for a delightful dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. One dish that truly stood out to me was the duck linguine. It was hands down the best tasting duck dish I have ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. It was a true culinary delight.

Another highlight of the menu is the steak. Despite being the cheapest option on the menu, it tasted like a million dollars. The quality of the meat was exceptional, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and robust, making it an unforgettable dining experience.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me about Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is that, even though the food may seem pricey, they don't overcharge on the drinks. This is a rare find in most restaurants, and it made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.

We are from HongKong and we came to Macau tonight just to celebrate my Birthday to Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill as recommended by my son in-law. It was nice at first as we were greeted promptly by the receptionist with a big smile. We ordered squid and mussels for appetizers, main course was the signature Beef Wellington, Lamb and Fish & Chips. Watermelon juice didnt arrive till we follow up but we were informed it was sold out! It was disappointing as they should inform us in advance as we were waiting, the most disappointing when they drop the bill without clearing our table and not even serve the desserts that we ordered, anyway we paid the bill. I asked the manager in charge and spoke to Ms. lisa I have informed her regarding my unpleasant experienced missing drinks watermelon juice, no one clearing the tables they already drop the bills even the dessert was not serve and they forgot that we are celebrating my birthday! What a disappointed.
