One memorable Sunday champagne brunch Cotai is Ritz Carlton Cafe, a must on every trip! Shop isn’t large & grand, but cozy & french. Brunch variety isn’t multinationals food everywhere, but nice quality & tasty. Excellent experience dining here. We came here for a light dinner around 8:30pm. The waitress greeted and seated us promptly. Ordered 2 soups and a steak to share. The kale potato soup is quite unique and delicious. The french onion soup is a bit strong on its taste and we didnt quite finish it. We enjoyed the herb bread that was served. So disappointed for the garden salad that quality is so bad. They served the vegetable some of them was damaged to black color. It can’t be served on the table.
