We picked this hotel to celebrate our 25th year anniversary with our children. Prior to arrival, we were already very impressed by the meticulous service rendered by both their Reservation & Concierge teams. They went above and beyond when responding to our queries like popular local Chinese restaurants, etc. The team responded with details like opening hours, and even signature dishes to order! It's something that we were so impressed that we almost wanted to write a TripAdvisor review even before our trip! Nonetheless, we decided to hold back to see if that was due to Artificial Intelligence at work. Upon arrival at the Macau Terminal, we were greeted by a friendly lady with umbrella who ushered us into the hotel coach via the VIP queue (probably she saw us with 2 kids and 4 large luggages). At the check in counter, Arah was both friendly and professional. She liftened our spirits and helped to put the first tick to our 2N stay. Shaq was helpful with the luggages and photo-takings in our room. The boys like his name and asked if he likes basketball too. Many thanks for Brittany and the team for decorating our room. You made this occasion special! The boys love the balloons and the cheese cake too! Throughout our 3D2N stay, we also appreciate Jojo and her team for taking good care of us by ensuring that our amenities were topped up adequately and regularly. We will surely look for you again in our next stay. Please lookout for Mia, the lady in Kimono. She patiently keeps our little one occupied by acceding to his request and taught him how to fold the paper crane origami. We were impressed! Last but not least, we are most grateful to Edith (Concierge Manager) who really went beyond and over the moon for us! On our first night, she made recommendation and reservations for our yummy porridge dinner at 贏到粥. Due to the peak hour traffic, she even assisted to arrange transport for us so that the boys are not starved! In addition, she also helped to order local delights from 最香餅家to be delivered to our hotel in Hong Kong for us to bring back home to our families and friends. She did not stop just there but extended her help by expediting the delivery and took the initiative to liaise with the Concierge team in Shangri-La to ensure that their team is aware too. Our family is totally blown away by such warmth and passionate pursuit of delighting guests! Your hospitality not only made our anniversary special but our stay a memorable one too!
