I visited the bar with a few friends on a Saturday night and is full house. It took me a long time before we can place around of drinks, and we have to wait for a long time to get our drinks. We wanted to order some snacks, the server told us “no food, kitchen is closed”. However, no one has informed us ‘last order’ nor “kitchen is closing”. Honestly, I would expect more from a 5 stars hotel bar. When I ask for the bill, I have informed the server that I’m a member and check if I will obtain any points from this visit, he just took my phone away without asking and disappeared. The Ritz-Carlton Bar is one of my favorites in Macau. Visiting this bar over the past few years, the service, quality, and experience has always been awesome. Giuseppe, one of the managers at the Ritz has continued to elevate each visit here.
