Passion by Gérard Dubois Galaxy Macau Store — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

Passion by Gerard Dubois is a Swiss pâtisserie franchise that started in Hong Hong but opened up in Macau a few years ago. This is the original branch in the ground floor of Galaxy Macau on the Cotai Strip. They also have a shop at StarWorld on the Macau Peninsula as well. Opening hours are 8am to 10pm daily.

Here you will find fresh salads, sandwiches, pizzas and other baked savoury items. They also sell a nice range of freshly baked speciality breads, pastries, cakes and confectionaries. Coffee served up at Passion is the Italian Illy brand.

There is an open seating section at Passion or you can take your orders to go, enjoying them in your hotel room. As they open early in the morning, they make for a nice alternative to the pricey hotel...

I always go to this place for years and get the best service but recently very slow and I’m not even sure if they want to entertsin us. The new staff needs more training. It was not even busy as it’s only 10:30 in the morning Used empty table are left unattended and we had to clean it ourselves to use it. When we try to order the usual- they had no clue and we have to literally take a photo of what we are talking about. What we are ordering is right in front of the display stand . We literally had to take a photo to get to our point. Major disappointment for a regular Passion customer. No one was even entertaining any of the customers. They are just doing their own thing. Strawberry Flavor is nicee, so surprising they putting strawberry jams insides haa, it’s sweet with crispy layer

i love the cameral macaron, tasting sososo good, cameral cream simply melting in your mouth ohmygoodness, i’m indeed lovein itttt so much xdxdxd, only one piece in the box sosad

Green Macaron tasting yummy too with rich milk flavor, this one so goood too, such a lovely one haaa, adding some butter

Good French Macaron in Passion won’t be too sweet comparing to other shop haa
