I had a very disappointing experience at the food court today. I ordered four meals and had already picked up three. Because I didn’t take a number ticket, I wasn’t sure which meal was mine and almost took the wrong one by mistake.

A female staff member from one of the stalls approached me and spoke in an extremely rude and condescending tone, scolding me in front of others for not taking a number. I understand procedures are in place for a reason, but there was absolutely no need to speak to a customer that way.

Basic respect and professionalism were completely lacking. This kind of attitude makes people not want to come back. Management should really train staff on how to speak to...

Had a bad experience there which ended in a refund. Ordered at the food court and got ticket K-224 (Tom Yam soup, $62) which needed to be made inside the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes watching other orders coming out from inside the kitchen and the number was K-233, and still no sign of mine. Complained to the staff and continued to wait. Finally gave up and demanded a refund. Definitely do not recommend...
