I didn’t have a good experience here at all. I walked in for lunch and it was quite busy. The staff took me to my table then said nothing and I sat there a bit confused for a while. Eventually they came back and pointed at a QR code and told me to order there. Most the dishes didn’t have translations so I had no idea what I was ordering. The physical menu didn’t quite match the QR code menu which made things more confusing. I ended up getting a fried rice dish with what I think was fish? I can’t tell, but it wasn’t very satisfying. And I ordered two dim sum dishes but only one of them ever arrived. I tried to explain that one of my dishes was missing and they weren’t understanding so I just gave up and went to the till to pay and leave. To top it off, I said no to the tea more than once and they still poured it for me and charged me. Anyway I recommend if you come here to come with a local and not expect great service.

You have to order food using your phone by scanning the QR code on the table. Staff would still take order from customers if situation deemed so. We went there on a weekday. Not very crowded. Still, too noisy. Try sitting near the entrance area as the sound would not be trapped. The staff were friendly but not very attentive. Asked twice to refill water in the tea pot. It took quite a while before it was filled. The quality of the dim sum was not bad but nothing exceeded expectations. The fried noodle was however tasteless. If you were happened to be around and did not have any other choices, this restaurant might be a choice.

The food here was quite delicious and the ambiance was good. Yet we found the restaurant's air-conditioning to be too powerful. We sat at the table near the window. I could feel the constant blow from the air-conditioning throughout the dinner. We asked the waiter if he can turn it down a bit but he said he could do nothing about it unfortunately. I would recommend people coming here to bring a jacket.

Prices seem a little bit high but it includes 10% services charge and Tea fee, the size for most of the noodles, fry rice, are bigger enough, Dim Sum is perfectly nice. Servers are welcome and nice but it sometimes seems under manpower during Sunday and holiday. Chung's Cuisine is belonged to Dao Heung chain restaurant but it is totally difference, more tasty, more cleaning, Very good environment too. The best time to go is from Monday to Friday, Sunday and PH has less special Dim Sum at noon and less offer to customers for nice dinner order, more expensive too. On the whole, it's worth to stay at Stanley Chung's Cuisine for Dim Sum or dinner rather than going out to Causway Bay/Wan Chai if you live...
