Always crowded and long queue. Sometimes wait for hours during peak hours. Better queue up using their mobile app instead of standing still in front of their store for hours. Customers can only order foods using their mobile app in Chinese or English user interface. Ordered foods are efficiently delivered by a high-speed train indoor. By alert to the train for ordered foods. If ordered foods are not picked up from the train, they are returned back automatically after timeout. The receptionist at the ticketing booth is really non-sense, my ticket number is for 3 people, I am the only one here and the rest of 2 are in washroom, but she insists to let me in by half of the group even I said I will order first for everyone, but she still keep the rigid rule. I don’t see too much crowd here so I don’t think it should be deemed as “peak hour”.

What a very bad experience, totally unacceptable.

Food quality so so as usual. Super long queue during lunch hours regardless of weekend or weekdays due to lower price as compared with Japanese food restaurants around. Normal waiting time is around 1 to 1.5 hours. The cleanliness of this restaurant is only so so. The most stupid things from the membership app is you can't get a reservation ticket for a restaurant in another district or located too far away when you are planning to be there. That makes members queuing just 10-15 minutes faster which you may think it is fair...
