A very long queue at any moment of the day. Food is average and Japanese styled. Almost everything is self-serve. It has an electric train to serve you food (maximum 3 dishes per train). Even refilling water, getting cutleries, seasonings are self-serve.

If you're looking for a quick meal, this is perfect. If you're looking for a high quality meal, this might not be for you. Keep in mind there is always a line at peak lunch and dinner hours so be sure to go early.

To my surprise, the food quality has improved a lot since our last visit before COVID. The place is clean and the staffs are helpful and sincere too. This is still a must-go place when we travel back to HK.

Always crowded and long queue. Sometimes wait for hours during peak hours. Better queue up using their mobile app instead of standing still in front of their store for hours. Customers can only order foods using their mobile app in Chinese or English user interface. Ordered foods are efficiently delivered by a high-speed train indoor. By alert to the train for ordered foods. If ordered foods are not picked up from the train, they are returned back automatically after timeout. Ordered items can be reviewed at the mobile app anytime. If assistance required, customers can simply press a button on the mobile app to call staff. The receptionist at the ticketing booth is really non-sense, my ticket number is for 3 people, I am the only one here and the rest of 2 are in washroom, but she insists to let me in by half of the group even I said I will order first for everyone, but she still keep the rigid rule. I don’t see too much crowd here so I don’t think it should be deemed as “peak hour”.

What a very bad experience, totally unacceptable.

Food quality so so as usual. Super long queue during lunch hours regardless of weekend or weekdays due to lower price as compared with Japanese food restaurants around. Normal waiting time is around 1 to 1.5 hours. The cleanliness of this restaurant is only so so. The most stupid things from the membership app is you can't get a reservation ticket for a restaurant in another district or located too far away when you are planning to be there. That makes members queuing just 10-15 minutes faster which you may think it is fair...
