The efficiency is the lowest among all fast food restaurants I’ve been to. Almost 20 customers waiting outside during lunch hour. The staff is not well trained, knowing nothing about the operation when asked, cashier Yoko is especially rude. Her unapologetic attitude is very disappointing. They prioritize Deliveroo orders first so do not recommend going during lunch hour or else you’ll end up having...
