Think it over before stepping in

Ordered a pineapple bread with butter, a crispy egg tart, one iced lemon tea and one iced milk tea.

The bread was cold and deformed like smashed like someone punched on it. The taste of the top part was crispy but that’s the only acceptable part of the whole bread.

The egg tart was cold also. It is like baked and placed for a whole day as the shell and the filling were apart when the staff placed it on the table. The shell was soft like biting on a wet newspaper. The filling was normal.

2 iced drinks were with hot tea base with ice on it.

This isn’t the normal way to do as cold drinks should use the chilled tea base which is normally in richer black tea base than the hot drink tea base. Since cold drinks are with ice and the flavour becomes mild and watery after ice melt and diluting the tea base.

The ice melted in like 30seconds and became room temperature (35 degrees, summer weather as usual in HK outdoor). Eventually I got 2 room temperature drinks with extra price paid.

2 pastries and 2 drinks costed HK$73 with such experience. Won’t come again.
