My friend and I went to Kanada-Ya, a Japanese ramen restaurant chain for a quick lunch. We ordered two lunch sets; “Kotteri Tonkotsu Ramen” and “Tonkotsu Mix Ramen”. Surprisingly the two tasted very different. The Kotteri one not only had a very flavorful and smooth broth, it also had a really nice aroma and didn’t feel oily at all. However for the Mix one, it tasted very bland, could have used more seasoning.

The UK Kanada-ya website has menu and prices but the HK one doesn't have prices but it seems a HK thing to not put prices. Basically it is a competition to finish your noodles in the fastest time and the one who does gets tickets to Japan and back.
