Visited this ramen resto with my friend and my cousin before heading to the True Light Fun Fair, since my cousin was craving ramen. . I ordered the Salty Tonkotsu Ramen, selecting thin noodles with a firmer texture. The dish featured roast pork, quail eggs, menma, green onion, laver and spinach. The broth combined salty sauce with dried fish. While the broth was quite savoury, the tonkotsu flavour was not that pronounced, and it was slightly greasy. The roast pork was tender and meaty. It's interesting they served quail eggs instead of soft-boiled egg. My friend ordered the Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen. Not sure abt the flavour as I didn't try it. . The ramen resto offers discount on weekdays, with all their ramen priced at HKD68 between 12:00-17:50. Despite being a small resto, the seating is quite comfortable.

Craving a bowl of Ramen, walked down Tang Lung Street and was greeted with a plethora of choices. Decided on this place as it seems to be an offshoot of a very famous shop in Japan. Upon walking in, interior not impressive and service was gruff. As far as first impressions go, it was not a good start. However Ramen was super tasty, char siu not too fatty and broth was flavorful. Ordered the thin noodles to better soak up the creamy miso broth. Ordered “extra noodles” but by the time I finished the original bowl, soup ran out and staff refused to give additional soup even after I offered to pay extra. Ended up having to eat the extra noodles with no broth. A bit disappointed with the lack of flexibility here.

I think the ramen (soy sauce tonkotsu ramen) I had was quite good actually. Only complaint I have was that it was a little bit too salty. The broth was packed with flavour and has a real depth as you'd expect. The char siu was not fatty. I'm most impressed by their thick noodles which was cooked perfectly to my liking (I prefer it to be on the chewy side). I would recommend you try their house made spicy fermented vegetables which you can find as condiment on each table. It really complements the thick greasy broth. Update, I had the chicken soup ramen. Would give it 4 out of 5, as I think it was too greasy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We stopped at this restaurant after a light dinner and my kids were still craving a little ramen. The place is small and decor is nothing special. The lady who greeted us was extremely rude and repeatedly asked me if I had cash after I told her I did. After being seated, we decided to get one ramen for my two boys to share. The lady then said we had to order at least three things, then quickly changed to two things. We explained our situation and she didn't care. By then, we lost any appetite we had for their ramen and left. I would totally understand if the place was busy at 9:30pm and they needed the space but it was just not the case. I'm usually the kind that doesn't care about service much but this is honestly one of my worst...

Me and my mum came for dinner and we both ordered the same thing. The ultimate chicken soup ramen. She ordered the thick noodle and i ordered mine thin. Both ramen the noodles were undercooked, not by marginally but actually raw. We told the staff and the lady not even the chef..takes my noodle back to the back. Any decent restaurant would make a new bowl...Nope she took it back pushed everything into a pan n heated up...so its ramen so everything breaks apart including the egg. The ramen came back to me looking like vomit. Then i guess the chef finish taking a cigarette break (hence he came back) i told him the noodles was undercooked and he stared at me like he was angry n started making a new one. i didnt eat the remade one..tasted awful n my mom...
