Affordable Japanese all-you-can-eat options have been dwindling lately, which left us feeling a bit pessimistic about our dining experience. With that in mind, I approached the meal without high expectations, just hoping for something decent. However, I was pleasantly surprised right from the start! The first dish that arrived at our table was incredibly enticing; it was beautifully presented and clearly showed a lot of thought and care in its preparation 😍. Considering the reasonable price point💯💯💯, I was genuinely impressed. The sashimi was particularly noteworthy—it was not only fresh but also delightfully fatty, which made each bite incredibly satisfying 😋🤤. My friend and I both agreed that we felt completely satisfied after this meal, which is a testament to the quality we received for the price we paid 👍. Additionally, I must highlight the service we received. Compared to other all-you-can-eat establishments, the staff here had a notably better attitude. They were attentive, answered our questions thoroughly, and maintained a polite waitiness throughout our visit. This kind of service made the experience even more enjoyable, and it certainly contributed to our overall satisfaction. I left the restaurant feeling happy and content, which is always a good sign when dining out.☺️☺️☺️☺️

Fine place with decent prices and decent food quality. The lunch deals are quite nice with the unlimited buffet. Food quality was not had. One downside is that the waitress messed up my order when I ticket the unagi rice on the menu. Kind of surprised they took the wrong order when I literally ticked the sheet. The restaurant is quite spacious but tables could he more separated, the plastic partitions are not really helpful. Aircon could be turned up more it got a little stuffy when more people came in for lunch rush. I wanted to try the beef rice but they didn't have it. It was just 12 during the day and I was surprised they didn't have it in stock. Will go back in the future.

This week we went on a Tuesday for 8:30pm time slot and we had to wait in the heat downstairs in the heat and after that price dropped and menu changed... I will need to change it from 5 stars to 1 star... I had amazing time last week(came here twice, please read my previous review below) But this time... oh my god... I had stomachache soon I had the uni hand roll... I knew there were something wrong with it by the smell of strong ammonia... and after the dinner I spent 3 hours in the toilet... the service the food was nothing like last week... even the drinks in the fridge have changed...... To be honest I would rather pay $289 for last week standard than paying $238 for this rubbish... I am so angry as I brought my family here as I highly recommend it... worst disappointment ever!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ***************** 5 star last week... Last week we were in CWB and just randomly found this place and end up returning couple of days later... First we were surprised by the Drinks section, it has some high end soft drinks, sake and even some herbal drinks together with the coffee machine. That’s a lot of drinks. The booth is comfortable and we first ordered from the sashimi menu (during the weekdays you can place your order via the APP, brilliant idea). The food came and we were not disappointed. Well, ofcoz you cannot compare to japan but it’s really good compare to other places in Hong Kong. The food order from app is very good in general, but they also have a buffet bar for other hot food you could go help yourself. I didn’t try any the first time but the second time we returned I tried the braise soup and it was amazing. Lots of people queue up for the peaking duck wrap and again I had no room in my stomach. The service in general was excellent apart from one guy he could use some smile and better tone when telling you the time is up. My son was super satisfied with the different kind of food and drinks, lots of staff came and play with him which was a pleasant surprised. We had a great time and definitely be returning again and again until we move back to the UK.

I would like to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation for 7:45pm, my party and I arrived at 7:48pm due to a long queue for the elevator. Unfortunately, we were informed that we were 3 minutes late, and as per the restaurant policy, any delay beyond 1 minute is not tolerated. We were taken aback by the lack of consideration for the circumstances leading to our slight delay. The fact that we were a group of 8 people seemed to be of little importance to the staff. Upon speaking to the manager (Roy Pang), we were met with a supercilious attitude and a complete lack of willingness to assist us. It appeared as though the manager believed that the restaurant had an abundance of customers and was indifferent to the loss of 8 potential patrons. This experience left us feeling frustrated and disrespected. The inflexibility and insensitivity displayed by the manager were truly disappointing. We had hoped for a more understanding and customer-oriented approach in resolving the situation. It is regrettable that our evening was marred by such an unpleasant encounter.

📍🌸 A popular all-you-can-eat delight, 🍣🍱 Japanese restaurant, fun day or night. 🇯🇵🌟 Freshness and variety, a feast so grand, 🌿🍶 90 minutes, time slips through your hand. ⏳⌛ Sake and plum wine, drinks to sip, 🍶🍷 Sashimi aplenty, toro not in the ship. 🍣❌ Mini sushi wraps, a taste to explore, 🍣🌟 Abalones in wine, a treat to adore. 🦪🍷 Fish maw, not a favorite, it seems, ❌🐟 But sukiyaki, a hot delight that gleams. 🥘🔥 Haagen-Dazs ice creams, grilled durian, desserts so sweet, 🍨🌟 AJ suggests an operation system to meet. 💡🔄 No need for pre-booked customers to queue, 🚶♂️🚫 A smoother entrance, a dining value. 🍽️🌟 📍🌸

Sashimi was not cleaned/trimmed properly, and there were bones in some of the salmon sashimi. We ordered some hot food items such as a rack of lamb, beef ribs, porridge, stewed fish maw, kebabs etc., all the foods were cold. We waited for 45 minutes for our first order to partially arrive at our table, and about half of the items we ordered never even arrived (we received 10 out of 15 items). We were able to order the second time, but we only received 3 items (out of 15). They gave us the bill and told us our time was up when there was clearly 30 minutes left. What a SCAM!
