I used to come quite often a few years back, their food quality has dropped, service wasnāt great either. We waited very long for their order because the staff didnāt teach us to use the QR code, we thought we ordered but didnāt know there is a confirmation page where you have to sent your order after you selected. So we waited 20 mins for the food and realized we didnāt order anything until we asked the server. Then waited another 20 mins for food. Hence we stayed like 90mins at the restaurant and they wanted to kick us out of the room while actually there are other customers will eating but no one else if waiting. My tonkatsu was pretty mediocre as well. Go elsewhere. Oh and the service was...

This location doesn't have signs outside the building. But basically it's in the "M" building on Tang Lung st (follow the address), and head inside, take elevators on the right to the 5th floor.
Definitely get the combo meals. The steamed egg that comes with most combos are a nice touch, and a must order side dish if not in the combo. The chicken thighs and pork belly are both amazing in their own way. Everything is good here.
We are always happy to find an Ootoya nearby when traveling and can't decide...
