Terrible service Gave us wrong food (we ordered steamed shrimp but they us pan fried shrimp) arguing with us that the picture on the menu is on sale even though we clearly said we wanted the steamed version. We ordered soup and they put the pot/bowl away from us (like you would have to walk a good 10 steps to reach it) and they never offered to refill/give us the rest of the remaining soup and at the end of meal didn't ask if we wanted any and just took it away Restaurant was not busy at all- we asked for the bill and no one came (only two tables remain) had to again ask...

Food quality has dropped significantly compared to previous visits.

Came here for yum cha brunch, overall dim sum dishes lacked refinement, one of the dishes, spring roll wrapped with cheong fun, was cold on the inside. Requested to return to the kitchen and the second plate was lukewarm. Lao sar pau did not 'lao'. Dumpling skins were thick and chewy.

The saving grace was the char siew and saliva chicken - still as good as before.

Feels like they changed their dim sum chef, it would explain why the brunch crowd...

I'm a non-Chinese local and they treated me very poorly. Black pepper beef was 90% onion and about five beef pieces. Stewed bamboo fungus was all lettuce and wood ear and no bamboo fungus at all. Deep fried eggplant with salty egg sauce was okay, but it was the biggest dish we received - and it was an appetizer. Very ordinary food and they only look after the regular customers. If you're a tourist, or even not Chinese:...

Dim sums are good; some are quite original & yummy, particularly bao & desserts; conveniently situated right across the street from exit C Causeway Bay MTR station, but no shelter from rain when crossing the streets, lifts to get to 7/F quite packed; staff friendly but need to check invoices as miscalculations happen☔️🥢🫖Battalion suggestion: improve on the ordering system so no miscalculation occurs

I went for afternoon tea dim sum, the food was great and a wide selection available, which is not always the case at other places. The service was friendly and they had afternoon tea specials which were very good value for money e.g. the chicken and truffle fried rice, roast goose with lai fun. All very tasty. Would recommend my friends to go.
